I've created a group on BBM, after wiping my device I didn't find it back. I did ask someone to invite me, but my join request is pending (waiting probably for my approval). What can I do?
View 4 RepliesI am a user of blackberry 9900. My first query is about the group i have created in the contact list.
I can create a group but when i try to edit or delete one person ,it prompt for save, discard or cancel. I am able to click on save but it never comes out of that screen. Even if i close it forcefully and go back to contact tab it opens the same screen and will not let me edit the name or delete it.
My second query is about the 3G service. My service provider is Airtel in India.
They informed that this set is not compatible with 3G services hence you can connect to laptop/desktop to access your internet but will not work on mobile.
I created a group under "People" and then decided that I don't want that specific group.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI did a security wipe on my Blackberry Bold 9900. I have managed to restore everything, however I cannot seem to set up my email address (which is a Yahoo address). I keep getting the error message that it has not been possible to connect to the server.
I have also foun a problem with my BBM, I am able to send messages, but no one can send any to me. This problem has also come about after the security wipe.
Does it do the same thing as say, jlcmdr? Upgrades would be a lot easier if I could do half the work on the phone itself.
View 8 Replies View Related was hoping I could live with this issue until 9700 hits the UK, but now seeing as its probably going to be 2011 before this happens, I need some help with my current 9000.It's on OS 5.0.0.592 and has 12452390 bytes (is that about 12MB?) file free. The main problem is, the phone is barely saving a week's worth of phone calls/emails/texts and I really need them all to be saved for at least a month. I'm a guitar teacher and I check what the craic is with my sutdents by going to their text number and reading back on the message history. But now, a week later and everyone's text logs are blank. I remember for the longest time, I could go back to the first message I ever sent, and I must have had about 10 apps installed. Now I only have GMaps, Viigo, Facebook, Google Sync and IM+, what I would consider essential to my daily workflow. I've tried MaxMem to clear memory, and that's after using that swiss army knife thing to brick the device first to make sure I really cleared the memory. All the tweaks I've read on this site were done as well.This is starting to get pretty frustrating, don't want to see that low memory screen every day, begging me to delete apps!

When I receive a multimedia group text, the texts only show the originators number and not the other Group numbers.
This phone is a SAMSUNG GALAXY 6, using Android 5.0.2
Other suggested truning on Group Conversation or Group Messaging in the settings , but that option does not appear.
The instructions I received are below , but like I said, it did not show up on the settings.Is there a difference in the Android versions that would cause the menu to be different or the setting to located somewhere else?

The problem is, I really don't want to send it off without wiping the memory first!After the rice, I connected it to my laptop and switched it on and it worked well enough for me to think it was completely ok, but since then, the phone won't start, with only the red light going on and off, and a low-battery sign appearing on the screen every so often.
