BB Bold :: Can't See My Pictures

i have a Blackberry Bold 9000 and i saved some pictures on my device either from my BBM or from my computer but i can't see the pictures it just (what looks like) a piece of paper and when i go to click on the picture it says "Unable to diplay file" and when i try to delete it it says "the selected file is read only, are you sure you wish to delete this file" and when i press yes it doesn't delete and when i plug it in my computer and go under the pictures folder there is nothing here is there any way to get rid of the files?
