View 1 RepliesI have a BlackBerry® Internet Service in my plan. Internet doesn't work even though blackberry messenger, maps and apps work well. T-mobile is my service provider.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to connect via bluetooth my bold 9000 to my 9790.I can pair them Ok, I can access from the menu "connect" on my 9000, but not on my 9790. When I try to connect from my 9000 (as I don't have a choice) I get prompted on the 9790, but when I accept, I get a "connection to blackberry 9790 failed" on the 9000 screen.Weirder, if from the 9000 I try to transfer contacts, it tranfers only the fist contact from my list, even though I enabled the "all contacts" for both devices.

View 2 Replies View RelatedBold 9790, running 7.0.0.609. Desktop Software 7.1.0.32. Windows 7 Pro 64 SP1Per the subject, I cannot connect my 9790 to the Desktop Software via Bluetooth. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software (with a reboot inbetween) with success.When pairing the phone with Windows, it detects and attempts to install 3 drivers. The only one that is successful is the modem profile. No other drivers are installed.The Desktop Software does not see the phone. If I attempt to install the phone through the Desktop Software initially, it will see the phone, however the same problem occurs with the drivers.I should also note that the phone is set to always connect to the PC.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently deactivated my Blackberry Bold 9000 (v4.6.0.304 operating system) from AT&T since I ported my cell phone number to US Cellular who had better coverage in my region. I'd like to continue using my Blackberry Bold 9000 as a free wi-fi only internet access device and install the Google Voice app so my kids could text message and make phone calls via the Google Voice app and phone's wi-fi connection. While my BB Bold is able to connect to our home wi-fi network like in the past it doesn't successfully connect to the internet and gives me the following message: "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later."
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry Bold 9780, and I can not connect to the internet through WiFi. I am trying to access the internet through a WAP2 secure router. I have entered the correct password, and per review of the router log, it has assigned an IP address to my phone. However, when I try to verify the IP address on my phone, the IP address is 0.00.0.0.
When I try to access teh interenet on my phone, the error message i get is that my phone is unable to connect to the interent.Since I am traveling from home, I have truned off the data service on my phone,, but I should still be able to access the internet through the WiFi service.
I have been having issues for the last month or so with my 9700. When I get home none of my internet heavy apps or the browser work. Its not every day. Just intermittently. After multiple calls to T-Mo and verification that there were NO issues in my area (a full 3G area) they finally sent me a replacement 9700. I've had it a week and no problems...until today. Same issue. If I put my phone on 2G it seems to work ok if its on 3G/2G it won't connect to the internet at all.Anyone out there know why this could be happening? I had me first 9700 since November with zero internet connectivity issues.

I'm afraid that I just changed something on blackberry because it used to work just fine before. What's different now is, that it is suddenly connected with GSM instead of Edge and under work status it says Blackberry Internet Service: no connection. How do I turn this connection back on?

I would love some feedback.. By the way i dont have any Wi-Fi, i want to use 3G.. there is a 3G symbol in the top right so it should fail connecting to Wi-Fi and go 3G?
I just got my Bold 9700 a few days ago, so I'm still new to the whole blackberry thing. For whatever reason my phone hasn't been able to connect to the internet all day. The weather eye app just hangs for minutes when selected. The score mobile app just says no data available, connection method BIS. Has this happened to anyone else? Are there some settings I should try changing? Should I call my carrier for help? Is this just some temporary outage?

Host route, manual re-setting phone, installing updated software - absolutely everything. They have even sent me two new phones, but still no joy.
Upon accessing the mobileemail.vodafone.net site, when i enter my IMEI and pin it states my account is de-activated or suspended - upon browsing the web this usually happens with phones bought from ebay/stolen phones. Note-This is a brand new handset, direct from Vodafone.My account is fine, Vodafone can see no problem and have now told me they are out of answers.

without Wi-Fi. I have already tried:
1. Unplug the battery multiple times
2. Host Table Resend
3. Resend Service Books
I am able to make calls etc. but e-mail internet only works when I use my home Wi-Fi connection but not using 3G. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I could try. I have called AT&T and the only suggestion they gave is to wipe the device which seems rather drastic.
Would request your support on guiding me to connect internet services to PC through my BB Bold 9780.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using Blackberry 9900 smartphone with OS version7.0 Bundle 1346 (V7.0.0.261, Platform 5.0.0.464)and i was initially able to connect to internet via apps and browser but after a while, i am unable to connect to internet via the application in the phone such as Facebook, Twitter, What's App and etc. I try 3G and wifi with no success but weird thing is i am still able to do web browsing via the blackberry native web browser. Have Google and found user with similar problem in the link [URL]The only way that i can able to use the app again is by taking out the battery and put it back to reboot the device. Then i will be able to use it for 5-8 hours where this problem will happen again.
