My BB9900 is working fine receiving calls, texts, emails etc but I can't hear anything when someone calls, nor can I hear message bank. I've checked all the options and mute buttons and everything but cant work it out.

BB is Bold 9900. When making a call I can't hear the caller. But when using headset or speaker I can hear it clearly. I tried deleting everything back to factory settings using Wipe Data but didn't help. Also trying to plugin and out the headset several times but doesn't help either.

When I answer the call, I cant hear the person at the other end of the line, nor can the other person hear me. If I try ringing someone, I cant hear their phone ringing, but I get the message that we are connected, but cant have any conversation. When I do a full power off and restart, its all back to normal.

Lately when placing and receiving calls I cannot hear anything put dead air. No ring tone when calling out, or the voice of the caller when accepting a new call. To fix the issue I have pulled the battery. However, a few hours later the issue will start again.
My Iphone 4s I.S.O 5.1 has no ring tone can't hear the caller and they can't hear me. i can't play music out loud and can't record sound either.

Neither am I able to hear any voice from the other side nor the person on the other side is able to hear me. just bought a great bb bold 9900 in white and am still geting to grips with this piece if kit, everytime i receive a call all i see is unknown number, now having googled the problem the answer i receive is the following..go to settings, security, encryption, UNTICK include contacts and then UNTICK encrypt.Now everytime i untick encryptions, then save and exit....it automatically ticks the include contacts box...and the end result is caller id fails to work.

I updated the OS to the newest service pack, and that didn't help either. Also, practically needless to say, but the mute is not on, and the settings are all as they should be.

My 9900 is only a week old but has started behaving strangely. Sometimes it would stop ringing when a call comes but would show the name of the caller on the screeen. Picking up the call would result in the caller not hearing my voice. Once this happens , it would remain this way till I pull out the battery and restart it again. When in this situation , any outgoing call would also not work.
I've checked and I'm at the latest available update. (7.0.0 bundle 1346)
Person on other side of voice calls cannot hear me. It is as if the mouthpiece does not work?
