I have a bold 9870, I downloaded a theme from applications and now cannot do anything with my phone.It is running really slow, takes about 5 mins to reset (taking battery out) and I can't get into any functions, especially the setting so I can get rid of the theme.Anyone got any ideas so I can get my phone back to normal?

I was having duplicate contacts, so i have performed the "rset"command to delete the duplicates and re-sync contacts with server.since then my bb is running too slow and freezes.when I go to mobile network options -> turn "data services" OFF my BB works fine but when i turned "data services" ON it works very slow and battery drains in period of 4 hours.

Is there any way of navigating the blackberry device without using the trackball. If not, what would you recommend me doing. For a short while, I could pair it with the Bluetooth kit in my car and I was able to receive call.However, the blue light on the top right corner of the phone just kept flashing and when I try to turn it off, it actually indicated the Bluetooth is off. maybe its just me, but when i try and charge my 9700 with a usb charger its slooooooooooowwwwwwww. like almost worthless. it would seriously take hours to get it charged.
is that just me? it doesnt matter if its plugged into a cigarette plug adapter, or right into my computer...
these are the same cords that charged my 8310 beautifully.
my wall charger charges it nice and quickly.
Now I would have thought my 9650 would be just as fast on the internet as my laptop is via wi-fi. WRONG! why is that? I have 3G also and its not very fast. Is it me? or just BB's in general?
View 4 Replies View RelatedGot my new 9900 a couple of weeks ago, besides the horrible battery life, When roaming, the data transfer rate (on 3G or 2G) deteriorates to a halt. Takes several minutes to download a web page. It even looses its connectivity to BBM at times. None of these issues occur when I am at home country. I am wondering if anyone else experiences similar issue and if there is any solution to the problem. The primary reason to have a BB is for its always ON reliability which unfortunately have been lacking on the "NOT SO READY FOR PRIME TIME" 9900 device.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a small problem with my bold 9780, it is very slow with showing pictures. When I start the picture viewer it takes for ever to show the thumbnails. I have about 2000 pictures on it and some music. I am using a 8gb sandisk micro SD card. Don't know the class. At the beginning it was not that slow. And I had most of the pictures on my old bb already.

It loads evcentually, but it is very time consuming and inefficient. Messaging is fine - general phone connectivity is ok as well. It isn't the network connection as I have been all over the place in the last few days and it has beenb the same wherever I am. It isn't my home internet as my PC and husband's phone (non BB) is browsing the Net without issue.I've cleared my history, cookies, cache, changed my browsing settings to untick images etc to try and speed things up but it is no better. Oddly the Facebook and Twitter Apps seem to be ok, but the actual browser facility seems to be defunct. I've done the soft reset, and even powered off and removed the battery over night.
