Aug 21, 2014I'm having issues with the brightness of the screen of my iphone 5.
The bottom half of the display is less bright than the upper half.
It came into contact with water but not in a high amount, about five drops hit the iphone and I dried them imminently away.
I still got the protection plan active, but it would be better if I could fix it right away. Â Â

Sep 3, 2014I have been using my phone all day with no issues however when I got home and went for a shower and came back the screen had a white patch on the bottom half making the touch screen unusable.Â
The home button, power button and sound button work fine, I have tried turning the phone on and off again and I have done a 'hard rest' I have even plugged it into the computer and done a back up and update. None of which worked and after the update the screen was completely unusable.Â
I have never dropped my phone or damaged it in anyway.

Jul 4, 2010I have an X10 that I've had for over a year. I recently updated it and since then the screen has split in half and only blinks on and off on the bottom part of it. I can re-install the software and sometimes it helps, but I'm not too sure what else to do.And since the update I've been having problems with Mediascape, it comes on by itself and plays music. I stop it, shut it off and it opens again and plays music. I was wondering if there is something wrong with the Mediascape on these phones. Could it be buggering up the phone?

If you open a new tab in Chrome you can see it there against the white background. The top half of the screen is a nice white color.. there is definitely some kind of darker difference on the bottom half.

Sep 1, 2014My iphone 5 screen just stopped responding to any touch stimuli. The home button works, and Siri works, but I cannot use the screen at all. Also, my lock button hasn't worked in a few months, so I've been using Assistive Touch to lock and power down my phone. I was hoping to try to reset my phone (home+lock) and see if that worked the screen issue, but I can't find a way to power down. Any tips? Should I restore the phone with iTunes? Dec 11, 2014I have been using iPhone 4, 5 and now 6. iPhone 6 has been making an unusual clicking noise when i touch / press bottom panel. It is normal to press bottom panel while clicking home button. I have shown it to Apple Genius Bar in Dublin CA and they could see and hear the bottom panel clicking.Â
It is difficult to hear the clicking noise in the store due to surrounding noise. i have uploaded a video to make it simpler for Apple to investigate. URL...I am running out of options with Apple Genius technicians. I can reproduce the problem after removing the case too.
