IPhone 6 :: Touch ID Does Not Work In App Store

I receive a text box that says something like : Touch ID requires your password when the iPhone restarts Enter your password for xxxxx.Well my iPhone 6+ did not need to restart, it restarted immediately when I used Touch ID to open the iPhone, well before I decided to enter the App Store. I checked Settings>Touch ID & Passcode and the button is green, signifying that it's active for iTunes & the App Store. Yet for some reason the process still requires a digital entry of my passcode. I thought the reason for entering passcodes is unnecessary when Touch ID is active, especially for purchasing a product from Apple on their device?

My iPhone 5s touch screen is not working and I have tried the soft restart method still not working. When I do the apple logo pops up and behind it is a black screen with red and blue vertical lines. The screen is not damaged and never been dropped. The day it happens was when I was charging the phone and when I got back it the touch was gone and wouldn't respond, I also found it dropped and was hanging on the side of my table, or maybe it short circuit for some reason. All the buttons work, the finger scanner, the on/off button. Also the phone needs the password because I tried the soft reset and now I can't unlock it since it won't respond to my touch. I have a iPhone 5s and everyone knows that there is a finger print Touch ID.You could also use it for iTunes and apps so that you don't have to type in your password every time.My Touch ID for iTunes doesn't work when I open it and download stuffs on apps store it just tells you to enter my apple password for Touch ID and that's all and then it starts to download. I cannot do the Touch ID.

My iphone 5 screen just stopped responding to any touch stimuli. The home button works, and Siri works, but I cannot use the screen at all. Also, my lock button hasn't worked in a few months, so I've been using Assistive Touch to lock and power down my phone. I was hoping to try to reset my phone (home+lock) and see if that worked the screen issue, but I can't find a way to power down. Any tips? Should I restore the phone with iTunes? Or is this the end of the line for my phone?

I just have a quick question. If I remember correctly, when Steve Jobs introduced the iTunes Wi-Fi Store, there was a feature where when you connected to a Starbucks' Wi-Fi connection, you would be able to view their playlist for the songs they were playing in the app.

I have tried every thing to make this darn screen work. I have pulled the battery and that works for maybe two days. I have tried back up the phone and that works for maybe two days then nothing. Is there a more permanent fix available? This is a relatively new phone (bought in april last year)

The LCD works perfectly. Images that are displayed are correct, colors are good, but the touch aspect of it does not work. Occasionally the touch would come back but 95% of the time, the screen doesn't respond to touches. The phone wasn't dropped or anything. It just decided one day to crap out on the touch. Would it be easier to just replace the digitizer and not waste money to buy the whole screen assembly? Not to mention the replacement screens on eBay are probably not as good as the original OEM screen.

Every other button on my phone works apart from the Touch Button. I can't scroll, select anything! It picks it's time to work but it can go days on end without working and I cannot do nothing with my phone without that button..

was working perfectly fine until i downloaded an app that you can now get for free from RIM until some date in may. anyways, i wiped my phone and it was working fine for a few days, then it stopped working out of no where. then for some reason when i upgraded bbm and had to reset my phone, the touch worked perfectly but then randomly stopped working again. It basically does not work at all, except for sometimes when my phone is plugged in. idk how to fix this, would re-installing the software get it to work again or should i just take my phone in?

Hi I have had the Bold for about 3 months and about 1 month ago the touchscreen stopped working, i looked online and saw the battery reset option (taking out the battery) it worked at first but then it happened again and again ect. So i then saw the alt+aA+del option this worked too temporarily so now i will take out the battery it will work for about five minutes and then you will not be able to use the touchscreen (everything else is fine)?
