Oct 9, 2012I still struggle with the lapdock after the ICS downgrade. 1. Opera seems to work better than the native browser or Chrome. Flash works well on Opera. 2. To help the jumping cursor - Disable the tap to select and use the buttons to right and left click. 3. The latest upgrade on Citrix Beta works well, and I can use Office 2010 on my server. The automatic zoom on tap - I wish I could find out how to disable that. The text select option may work on a tablet but is just frustrating on the lapdock. When I answer the phone, the person calling comes over the phone speaker, not the lapdock speaker - making it difficult to hear them. There is still no support whatsoever. I am very concerned that the update to JB will further impair the lapdock functionality. about JB and the Lapdock?

Dec 1, 2014I receive a text box that says something like : Touch ID requires your password when the iPhone restarts Enter your password for xxxxx.Well my iPhone 6+ did not need to restart, it restarted immediately when I used Touch ID to open the iPhone, well before I decided to enter the App Store. I checked Settings>Touch ID & Passcode and the button is green, signifying that it's active for iTunes & the App Store. Yet for some reason the process still requires a digital entry of my passcode. I thought the reason for entering passcodes is unnecessary when Touch ID is active, especially for purchasing a product from Apple on their device?

Jul 20, 2015I just received a new S5 on a warranty issue from Verizon. Same battery, SIM, and SD card as old phone. When I make or receive a call i have absolutely no sound. If I turn on speakerphone all sound returns. If I turn it off, no sounds and the person on the other end sometimes gets a high-pitched ringing. Could it be a headphone jack issue?

When trying to download an app, after I press the "free" button, the "install" button moves to the side, is rearranged oddly and won't work. I saw where someone suggested just syncing the iPhone with the computer and downloading from there, but I don't consider that as a solution, but only an ugly "patch" to solve a bug that Apple introduced last weekend when they updated the Appstore. Anyone more suffering these issues? Which device and iOS version are you using? For you information, many users suffered this kind of problems 6 months ago and after many compaints from us, they fixed it!,... and now Apple did it again?

Jan 2, 2010Problem with the N97...Basically, ever since i have had my phone back from Nokia Care.
Regardless of whether you launch Ovi from the quick launch type thing on the homescreen or on the menu, it doesn't work.
If you attempt to click on the icon on the homescreen, nothing happens.
If you click on it on the menu screen, the clock in the top right corner flickers and nothing happens.
I can't bear another hard reset, but i guess if i have to i will, any ideas?
