I have an iPhone 5 with the smallest amount of storage. I'm not sure exactly how much I have, but I keep filling it up and am often finding myself unable to download apps, music or take videos. I don't t want to delete anything from my phone, but I want the freedom of more photos, videos and apps. Can I upgrade to a larger storage amount? If so, how?Â

I have an iPhone 5 and its at full capacity. Mostly due to my large music library. I noticed I can increase my iCloud storage to up 50GB with yearly payments. Does this increase the overall storage on the iPhone 5? Essentially, I am trying to increase how much music I can hold on my iPhone. If I add 10 to 20GB of iCloud storage, will I be able to add more data (audio files) to my iPhone?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've run into a bit of a problem, as have MANY Photon 4G owners have as well.since mounting my Electrify as a USB mass storage device (the two "MOT" drives pop up in explorer), now the internal storage (which is where everything is) comes up as an unreadable drive.It mounted fine when I got it, then stopped working, then worked for a day, now it doesn't work.I've tried uninstalling drivers, taking out the battery, SD card, etc etc.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI purchased the $100 per year additional storage, however, upon purchasing it, my phone has still not upgraded to the additional storage and will not allow me to take anymore pics; it says go to settings & upgrade storage, I did that already, but it is still reading the old 5 storage bites. I do not know what else to do! I tried to reboot my phone, that did not work, after rebooting I thought perhaps if hooked it up to my laptop and tried to sync it that might help, it says itunes cannot sync due to not having enough storage, go to settings to upgrade storage.

I had close to 600 pictures and videos on my phone when I received the message "cannot record video not enough available storage." I've since deleted over 200 pictures and videos but now the second I try to record a 30 second video I get the message again. My phone has said for a long time now that I don't have enough storage and it can't be backed up. But, just recently it has gotten to the point where I can't take any videos whatsoever. So, tonight I decided to put all of my pictures onto my computer, as well as an app called Shoebox on my phone and then deleted all my pictures. I also deleted about 5 apps.
