Jul 25, 2015So recently I noticed that my storage was running low. I went to manage some storage space and noticed that my photos and videos were eating up half my space! Around 15 gb of pure pictures and videos. I was trying to make some more space and started deleting some pictures and then I was deleting some music, I took a break and when I looked again there was no more pictures or music on my phone anywhere! Yet when it still says my storage is running low. A lot of those pictures I wanted to keep. I'm trying to plug it into my computer but I cant find the file and still can't find any pictures or videos on it. I'm running out of options and I feel like I might as well reset it, but then again I don't want to lose those pictures or photos. It also surprises me that they were taking up so much storage space.

Oct 14, 2015When i click on setting there is a storage & USB atab under device which I click on. When I do this, no internal storage is available in order for me to click on MTP. When I click on the three dots it says Help and Feedback. The phone is not locked. I am tethering my phone to my computer.
My goal is to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer via tethering but I cannot locate the internal storage in order to click on MTP.

Jun 2, 2014I have an iPhone 5 and its at full capacity. Mostly due to my large music library. I noticed I can increase my iCloud storage to up 50GB with yearly payments. Does this increase the overall storage on the iPhone 5? Essentially, I am trying to increase how much music I can hold on my iPhone. If I add 10 to 20GB of iCloud storage, will I be able to add more data (audio files) to my iPhone?

Nov 15, 2014So when I got my phone I didn't have any problems with it. When I locked it there was a satisfying "lock" sound. Also the camera made a satisfying "camera shutter" noise. Now for some reason when I lock/unlock my phone all I get is a tiny barely audible click. The same with the camera and when I'm tapping on icons, the click noise is still faint its not even worth having it.

I removed the battery to reset it and now a red LCD light is flashing and the phone starts to turn on you know when you first turn it on and it says blackberry then the line starts to load it just keeps doing that! All I can see is you have to select them one at a time using auto complete in the "to" field. Is there a way to select them like we used to? If not, then when can I expect Moto to send an update that fixes this? This was an option on all previous Adroid releases, so why is not there now? I know I can create groups, but that is just ignorant, I dont send to the same people every time, so groups are a waste of time.
