IPhone 5 :: Facetime - User Not Available Right Away After Dial

When I am trying to do a Facetime Call (Audio and Facetime video), it gives right away a message of "User not available for Facetime". This number used to work no problem before. I tried to do a test with another Iphone to find the reason why this happened. So I found out that it couldn't be a number block nor a Facetime being turned off. Why it jumps directly to the message of "User not available"? It seems like an auto-decline incoming calls, but Iphone does not have such option.Â
When I try to send text messages or to back up my info to the ICloud,everything seems to be linked to her email address and I can't get rid of it. Do I need to wipe it all out and re-install all my contacts and pictures all over again?
I have a brand new ozone that I need to program for Pageplus. I need to dial *22890, but I can't dial. The phone prompts me to hit the send key which dials *228, which does me no good. Is there any way to make this thing dial the number I need?
I have my FaceTime set up on both devices, wifi on full bars, but it says FaceTime failed when I call. I also call from both devices at once and it makes no difference. I know the information is correct.
Trying to connect a Blackberry Storm 9500 to the Blackberry Internet Service to transfer the email capture to this device.Filled in User Name with email address and then filled in password. Then get message:"Blank User Name type a valid user name"email in user name box looks good, would I get this message if the password was wrong?

for some reason i used the same user ID on my daughters iphone and on mine. Now we each get the others songs, photos and contacts from icloud. Is there a way to make a new user id for myself and keep my stuff
If I receive an email or appointment with a phone number in the format of 123-456-7890 x123, it will allow me to click it to dial but then just dials all the numbers. It should pause at the extension and wait to dial it until i click to do so. My older Blackberry had no issue performing this task. Seems like a major programming oversite on Apple's end.
My iPhone 4s doesn't let me dial numbers whenever I start to dial it freezes and the dial tone stays on for about thirty seconds and then it crashes and takes me to home.
if I purchase an iPhone 4 in the USA will it work ok in the UK? and will my warranty be valid? I'm going to New York soon and I'm in no rush for the new handset but if the exchange rate is right and its cheaper in an Apple store in the USA in a few months then I was gonna wait and just pick the handset up then.
i have a jailbroken iphone 3gs w/ Winterboard and i have installed user wallpaper 4.0 / user lockscreen 4.0 and my Lockscreen photo and Wallpaper have the same photo which if i go into settings->Wallpaper it shows clearly lock & home have two diffrent photos. It was working a few days ago and i just noticed it today.
I have noticed lately that when I add a new contact or edit an old contact I don't have the option to identified if the contact has or not an iphone. When I bought the phone and was adding a new contact it shows by default the word iPhone in the space where you should add the phone number but I have found that I don't have that option anymore.
I have a new email so I changed my iTunes id. Now I cannot get into the app store on my iPhone 4S because it still is trying to find a password associated with my old email.Â
How can I change the email?  I have done it on the computer, but for some reason it is not affecting my phone.
When I use voice dial (usually via bluetooth headset on iPhone 3GS), if the iPhone decides it has found an exact match, it will notify me of the match and then start dialing. It does not confirm the match with me, and when it starts dialing, the "Cancel" keyword does not work - nor does pressing the call button on my headset do anything.
Instead, I have to frantically dig my phone out of my pocket and scramble to the phone interface and presss "End Call" before the accidental international call goes through.
Is there a way to allow either or both actions in iOS? Or is there a way to submit an enhancement request?
My itunes applications page says I have 5 updates available, but when I click that link, it says "(my user ID) has no updates currently available." I can update from my iphone and am running the latest versions of snow leopard, itunes, and the iphone software. Thoughts?
All of these new features are great but does anyone know where to find a User Guide to show how to engage/use them? Not even Apple.com has anything listed.I stumbled on how to create folders in another thread. In my Iphone 4S safari, while logging in website, after entering username & password, I click, never save for this website. But, now, I want to save. How do I do it?
