Then it automatically redials the number and it connects properly. This was acceptable until I tried to use the blue tooth connection in my car. How do I fix this?

Jul 18, 2010I've got some kind of problem connecting my phone to the computer through usb cable. Ovi suit starts up alright as I plug in the phone and my device is shown in the lower left corner. But whenever I tried to synchronise anything I was asked to change my phone settings to pc suit connection, even if that was already running. And whenever I tried to backup the phone I was told that the connection had cut off and that I should reconnect the usb cable.
I've tried all the usb ports and the same things happen all the time, so I don't think the problem lies there. Instead I assumed this was a program bug of some kind and used a wlan connection to get an upgrade of the software. Then synchronizing worked fine, but I still can't backup the phone. I don't have a bluetooth connection on the computer.

Sep 6, 2014When I am trying to do a Facetime Call (Audio and Facetime video), it gives right away a message of "User not available for Facetime". This number used to work no problem before. I tried to do a test with another Iphone to find the reason why this happened. So I found out that it couldn't be a number block nor a Facetime being turned off. Why it jumps directly to the message of "User not available"? It seems like an auto-decline incoming calls, but Iphone does not have such option.Â

Apr 29, 2012I have been backing up an iPhone 4 to iCloud for a while. I then purchased a new iPhone 4 as the old one was damaged, and set it up as a new phone. I haven't got around to setting up icloid backup yet. I now realise I want some data from an app in the old backup. Here is what I propose to do:
1. Backup new iPhone to iCloud
2. Restore new iPhone from old backup
3. Use the app's 'Email me my data feature' to get a copy of the DB
4. Restore new iPhone from new backup
Clearly I can only do this if during step 1 it doesn't overwrite the old backup. Can I have two separate backups?

Jun 27, 2012I just updated to iOS 5.1.1 on my 3GS phone, previously using 5.0, while plugged into the computer and iTunes 10.6.3. I had the phone set to backup to iCloud, and ran a sync operation before updating.Does that not also create a backup?When the restore process began, it asked if I wanted to set up as a new phone or restore from backup. However the list of available backups did not have anything from today.The last one listed was from October 2011.So I cancelled that operation, went through the new phone setup and then it asked if I wanted to restore from iCloud. So I chose the most recent iCloud backup which was from around 6 AM this morning. Now it is in the process of downloading all my apps, pics, and perhaps music as well. I don't know but it's going to take HOURS to finish this.
Anyway I opened some apps that have already downloaded, and some app data appears to be intact. But other apps have nothing after October 2011. And I'm talking apps that have tracked my fitness and workout progress over the past 6 months, bike rides in the past few months, car fuel fillup and maintenance history since October, I'm talking LOTS of data that appears to be gone.What did I do wrong here? Did I not do what I should have done regarding backups? What is the point of backing up to iCloud if it's not going to back up all my app data?
