So my iPhone 4S has the charging block and says it is charging but after about 6 hours it still won't turn on. I've used different charges including docking station and I have ao tried to connect it to my laptop to do a restore but iTunes won't detect it. It didn't get wet and I've not had this problem previously. I've tried to do the hard reset (home and sleep button).

When the E63 handset is plugged in to charge we get the usual charging message but no matter how long it is plugged in it will not complete the charge, the charging bars are continually scrolling and Battery Full never appears. When it is unplugged the charge will last approximately 10 -12 hrs. It does not have internet access and is low usage 2 -3 calls per day.We had a similar problem with the E71 but it only lasted two days and corrected its self.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have my phone charging on my Qi charger on my bedside table overnight. Tasker sets it to "Do Not Disturb" (Priority) mode automatically. That's good...I don't get any email/txt/etc alerts sent to me at night.
However, it seems like with wireless charging the phone charges to 100% and then emits a tone and the screen comes on. Since it's wireless, the Qi pad "disconnects" and the phone starts to slowly drain battery again. At some point (I haven't figured it out yet), the pad or phone decides to charge again to "top up". This then causes a repeat of the tone & screen-on event.
It sounds trivial, but it's waking me up multiple times a night - every night.
Is there any setting (maybe even with Xposed, if that does not require root) to disable the notification of "charging complete"???
I'm wondering if there is a way to turn off i guess an auto-complete feature? when i sign in one of my messengre apps it saves my username in the field. is there anyway to stop it from saving my username?

They both have a charge light that stays on when charging and goes off when charging is complete. I've notice that with the Icon the light never goes out when the phone is fully charged. When I charge my 822 the light goes out when it's fully charged.

My friend gave me his old iPhone 5 because it wasn't charging, so I thought this would be fixed by a replacement lightning cable however this was not the case. About an hour ago my phone turned off unexpectedly and wouldn't turn on. I have an iPhone 3gs that is out of warranty. I purchased this phone from AT&T. Title pretty much says it all. If i turn off my phone and plug in my lightning cable, it will turn it on like normal. Although when its done, its not charging. Is there any fix for this?Â

For the second day in a row, I woke up to a completely dead phone that will not charge. The battery was completely charged before I went to sleep so I didn't leave it on the charger. When I found that it was dead I put it on the charger but it shows no signs of charging. The red light came on once when I first connected it and never again after that. I had to use a friends old blackberry battery to get it working the day before but now his battery is in the same condition.
