Phone won't turn on. Doesn't show 'battery' when plugged in to charge. It was in my holster, next to my body. It had 90% charge when I put it on. 5 hrs later I found it off, and it won't turn on. What do I do?

My Iphone 4s is dead. I plug in it to the charger and the battery pops up on the screen, after a couple minutes it powers in but will not charge I ttmried to reset it and it powers off but will not power back up the battery pops back up..

HI my 4 S doesn't take the charge any longer, and sometimes when I turn it off and plug it, it takes a little bit of charge but doesn't hold it long, and the phone get super hot. What should I do to fix that problem, I have donwload all the last version and the phone is only a few months old.

I got a defy at September, and since then it's about the 3rd time that I plug in my phone at the end of the day, I go to sleep, and when I wake up the phones battery is still at the same percent as it was, and the battery and the back of the phone is really (I mean REALLY) hot. When I take off the charger and put it back, it starts to charge.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had this problem a couple times before but it happens way more frequently since the update to 5.0I've searched the forums and found a couple others with this problem, but no one seemed to know what the issue is.
Sometimes when I plug in the charger, the phone will not charge. The phone will go into bedside mode (with the clock displayed) and the little battery icon in the corner will have the little yellow lightning bolt in it. Then... nothing. It doesn't charge and sometimes seems like it DRAINS the battery.
Then battery will completely drain and auto power-off. When I plug the phone back in the screen goes all white with a large battery icon in the center of the screen with a blue lightning bolt through it. According to what I have been reading here, some think it is a faulty battery and some think it is a faulty USB port.
I replaced my batter on my iphone 3gs and then it will only turn on when i connect it to a power source. After it has turned on you can take it off charge and it will stay on...

So I went to my service provider and they didn't sell any actual Xperia x10 chargers so I bought a universal charger. So now I'm on my second charger, and my phone won't charge. Any time I plug it in or even get it started it either turns off or the battery starts draining instead of charging. I don't know what to do with this phone. There is no water damage and I haven't even had my phone for a year.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI plugged my 8330 in my computer to charge and it just shut off immediately.... now i cant get it to turn on... the red led comes on and then shuts off, the screen flashes white for a moment, then the led comes on again, and it repeats this cycle... it has turned on once since its been doing this and i tried to plug it into my computer to back it up, but it just shut off again and its been doing the cycle ever since. i already have a new phone i just need the numbers and stuff from my old one.... if anyone knows what might be happening please help me out.... i cant plug in the phone because when i do it shuts off.... im going to have to back it up using bluetooth. btw i can completely dissasemble the phone if necessary, its just a pile of junk right now anyway... all i want is my phone numbers from it so anyway u think i might be able to get it to turn, and yes... i have tried pulling the battery

But i found that the battery was 100% but never go to fully charged. Then i just leave it there for another 2 more hours to charge. But the result remain the same (battery 100% with the little lightning bolt symbol beside it). May i know is it some hardware problem or anything else i need to do to make it 100% fully charged? I bought a new iPhone in Miami a week a go and yesterday I tried to turn it on for the first time but it didn't work, then I left it charging all night and this morning when I tried it was all charged and working but when I disconected it from de charger it turned off again e did not work, it only turns on when connected to the charger.

So, one day I couldn't find my iphone. I look and look and then I finally find it just sitting on my bed (upper bed). I try to turn it on and it does something weird. If it's dead, it will show the dead battery and the connection sign, but it didn't do it this time. It just stays black. I attempted to do the two button reset but my home button has been messed up for a while, sometimes it works but most times it doesn't. I tried plugging it up and keeping it plugged, nothing changes.Â
Is there some way I can open it to fiddle with the home button to maybe try and get that to work? Also, I'm using the OS 6.x not 7

When I plug in my iPhone 3GS, I think it syncs to iTunes but it doesn't show up in the application sidebar like it used to. I just recently upgraded to Snow Leopard. So, after that, I got stuck at Google logo screen. I entered stock recovery (I never installed a custom recovery) and wiped cache, with no luck. Did a data wipe. No luck. So I tried flashing the factory image for Android 5.0, but right after flashing the bootloader, the device turned off (or it appeared to), the script showed "waiting for device", and the phone never came back.
