The phone is physically intact, but you can see the LCD is cracked behond the glass. I have tried plugging it in, tried putting it on the charger, and resetting it using the off and home buttons, bit response. I don't need the phone to work, but I do need to be bale to back it up in order to restore to the new phone. Is there any way to extract the data or back up the hard drive without repairing the phone? Just curious what my options are before I spend cash trying to fix the phone and find out there was another way to get the data.

I recently dropped my Nokia Lumia 1520, and the top left of the screen is cracked pretty bad, but usually that doesn't stop a phone from working.. When I dropped it the screen froze for about 5 seconds, then randomly shut off.. This is the only phone I have, and insurance is still $200 to replace, and I wouldn't have that for a couple months. I was wondering if there was a way to somehow power it on?
I believe the battery still works, because sometimes when I try to turn it on, the flash blinks, and it gets hot if I leave it on the charger. It doesn't respond when I plug it into the pc, so I doubt it's the display not working...
I found my X peria ray with low battery (~10%) and it will automatically turn off and cannot turn on unless charge the mobile!! what happens to the hp?? any setting problem?? or the battery problem ?? only recently found this problem!! in the past, I can use the phone even with 1% battery!

My friend gave me his old iPhone 5 because it wasn't charging, so I thought this would be fixed by a replacement lightning cable however this was not the case. So my iPhone 4S has the charging block and says it is charging but after about 6 hours it still won't turn on. I've used different charges including docking station and I have ao tried to connect it to my laptop to do a restore but iTunes won't detect it. About an hour ago my phone turned off unexpectedly and wouldn't turn on. I didn't really think much of it but I was a bit worried as the charge was on 96% so it couldn't have run out of charge, also i'd had this phone for almost 10 months and this hasn't happened before. I have an iPhone 3gs that is out of warranty. I purchased this phone from AT&T. Title pretty much says it all. If i turn off my phone and plug in my lightning cable, it will turn it on like normal. Although when its done, its not charging. Is there any fix for this?Â

- Yes I've tried to clean the lightning port
- When I charge with an non-certified cable, it will charge just fine, but it'll give me a popup saying its not certified.
