May 19, 2010I've just used Ovi Suite to install the update v20.0.005 to my X6 16gb and now the phone keeps restarting. Before I installed the update, I did a back up of my phone contents. Now, after the update I can't restore the backup because the phone keeps restarting. My Ovi Suite is the latest version (v2.1.1.1). Is this a known issue and when will Nokia be releasing a patch for this update to fix the issue?

May 9, 2015Last night around 12:00 I had fallen asleep watching TV. Got up around 1:30 am to go to bed. Looked at phone and it was downloading something but can't remember what it was. All I remember was it seemed like it may have been some kind of system type of download. Automatic download is turned off and whatever it downloaded did not install, it just downloaded and disappeared. It's not in download folder. So is there a way to find out what it was?

Sep 2, 2010Today, I got a replacement for my Vivaz because it had broken and couldn't be fixed. When I put my memory card in which I used in my old vivaz, it still says there is no music, photos or videos. Although when I have put my memory card in different phones to check it hasn't been wiped or something, my stuff comes up. Just not when my memory card is in this new phone. When I remove my memory card it says "Unsafe to remove memory card without selecting remove memory card first."Is this some kind of setting, and is this whats causing the problem?

Jan 9, 2016So I'm only posting here because I have the V10 but I'm pretty sure the SD card is the issue. All of a sudden I can't save anything to my SD card or pull anything off. Try to take a pick it says failed to write file but if I switch storage to phone it'll take the pic. Tried to move stuff from SD to internal and it just cancels. I can still see my files that are on the SD card such as pictures and music and pulling that stuff up works fine. Also have 20 gigs available on the 32 gig SD card and like 28 available on the phone.

Jan 1, 2016I just came from a iPhone and I would just ask siri to remind me stuff like wake me up in 20mins or at 4pm remind me to pickup milk. Then at the 4pm the phone would beep and I would be reminded. I can't find any such feature with the S6. Sure it has a memo feature but it doesn't go off like a alarm or a couple of beeps to remind me to do it. Whats the point of having a memo feature if it actually doesn't remind you, and I don't think about checking my memos ever.

I installed the SD card and have been trying to move apps and pictures to the card, but when I try I get a notification saying there is insufficient space on the card. When I go into the settings and check the storage, the device storage is maxed at 16G, but the SD card shows 29G of available space. Also when I first put in the SD card, my camera automatically saved new pictures to the card but now they are all missing from my phone (there were only about 10 pictures) and I am worried they were somehow deleted from the SD card.

Apr 1, 2012I updated my husband's iPhone 3GS to iOS 5.1 just now, and a huge chunk of his photos are missing. I believe the last time this phone was synced with any library, it was his library on his old computer. So, of our two computers, neither would have been a good choice for updating, since neither could be considered the original one it was synced with. My question is this: when iTunes updates software, it backs up and restores first, so why were all of his photos not backed up and restored during this process? He had about 500-600 photos and now he only has 241. Also his playlists are gone, music was gone, a bunch of stuff is now gone. I had to put some of it back manually. Needless to say I am in a bunch of trouble for this - I have been bugging him for months to update his phone so we could iMessage each other.
