Eseries / Communicators :: How Long To Wait Before Getting A Refund
Mar 13, 2011I returned my very new Nokia E72 to Nokia in November 2010 with a promise of refund as it would not function as advertised (checks only 2 email accounts out of my 8 and that is a breach of their fitness for purpose clause of the warranty) at any given time. Its almost March and still they have not sent me a refund check they had promised within 8-10 weeks. My frequent followup calls to Nokia Executive resolution / Retention department have always gone un-answered.

Nov 13, 2012I have upgraded my SK17i to ICS when I first bought it and update it again with 587 update last months. But my phone have this lag problem so, I thought I repair it via PC Companion today. The problem is, phase 3 (updating) phase doesn't seems to progress. The progress bar is at zero for an hour now and my internet is connected.
Update: This is taking too long for me to wait, I'm cancelling the update by clicking the [x] button. I hope it doesn't touch anything on the system and just downloading the update file.
Update 2: I cannot boot my phone now, it shows yellow triangle with exlamation mark.

Mar 5, 2011I've recently started getting a problem where my text message program freezes if my phone turns off the screen (i.e. me being inactive for a while). When I get back again it says I can either wait for it to respond or terminate the process. If I wait it unfreezes, but it is still very irritating that it happens every time.
And who's incredibly stupid idea was it to make long SMS messages into MMS-messages? I have problems with my messages not being sent properly, or being sent only partially, all the time. Is there any way to change back so it just adds more text messages instead of converting into MMS?
I use the standard text messaging program that came with my X10 mini pro, and I'd rather not switch since I found it quite good until after recent updates when I got these problems.
Xperia Mini/pro :: Unable To Receive Calls After Long USB Tethering Period

model number: SK17i
android version: 4.0.4, build number: 4.1.B.0.431
baseband version: 8x55A-AAABQOAZM-203028G-72
I use USB tethering a lot, and sometimes for very long times. When I disconnect the phone, sometimes, my phone becomes unable to receive calls. And even worse, the caller hears the normal calling sound, but my phone just doesn't do anything. So to the caller it seems that I'm just not answering, although the phone isn't notifying me in any way, during the call or after the call! So there is no way telling how many calls I'm missing..
When I try "reset" the mobile network by going to flight mode and back, the phone completely locks, and I have to remove the battery to reboot the phone. This problem won't go away unless I reboot the phone. This happens awfully often, regardless if I click USB tethering off from the phone first before disconnecting it. The most important function is not working and makes the "phone" useless.
Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Long Press On Home Screen Goes To Edit Directly?
Nov 19, 2010I have x10 mini 2.1
since I updated to 2.1 any long press on home screen or corner icons goes directly to edit either widgets or icons depending wich screen I have up. This is anoying because many times I press just a little too long and for example end up in the edit icons mode instead of opening messages like I wanted to.
Is there anyway to get this as it was on 1.6? Long press didnt open edit, the only way to open edit was trough menu key.
