Apr 22, 2012i was using my iphone 4 last night when all of a sudden the hold/lock button at the top of the phone become stuck. I have not dropped it or anything and so cannot understand why there is a problem. it is stuck in the downwards position, as if i had pressed it and the button has not come back up.

Apr 6, 2012I have a new Macbook Pro that I've had for a few weeks. My iPhone 4 16GB from Verizon won't connect to iTunes. I nuked iTunes, reinstalled it, turn my iPhone into recovery mode, but the entire time I have to hold down the Home button, that is the only way it will connect and stay connected to iTunes. I have iOS 5.1 for my iPhone, had to hold down Home the entire time. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it? I really don't want to hold down Home everytime I want to connect to iTunes.

It is at full battery because I just finished charging it. I have called my phone from home phone, it is not responding on iphone but I can hear ringing from home phone and it went into voicemail after a while. My iphone is frozen. It is frozen during updating to the new software but disconnected from computer by accident. Right now it is not doing anything it is just a black screen.

Jul 27, 2010Just wondering why the X10 mini pro doesn't have the end call button at the top like the X10 Maxi (power button) ? The lack of having this feature is absurd. The easiest and most logical way to end a call is to press the top lock screen/power button. I recommended this phone to someone and they got a massive shock when they realised they had an active call going for over 8 hours! add this feature in your next update, if not could you at least have a visual clue to let the user know that they have an active call when the screen is off, eg notification light blinking purple or something.

Jan 2, 2011My wife's x10 mini is having issue with it's camera button or icon. Whenever the camera icon is tapped or camera button is pressed, it will turn off the phone. After the manually turning On the phone again, it will work again including the camera icon or button. But, after a while, it will be like that again, especially when the camera is not used for a while. The phone have been updated with latest software using SE PC Companion. I even tried to use repair to update it again. Same problem.

Jun 22, 2011It has suddenly decided to not respond to the back button for no apparent reason. Sometimes it suddenly starts working again after a restart and then works repeatedly untill untill the phone is left idle. Then the next time i pick the phone up it won't work again. The button itself feels no different to normall and has a positive click feel to its operation but i have noticed that when the phone is left on standby it suddenly starts illuminating the main screen repeatedly for no reason and i think the back button may be stopping from working after this happens, however i have not yet had it do this consistently to be sure yet. I have done a master reset, removed battery, software update (hard to do with intermitant back button btw) but all to no avail. All i have managed to achive is losing a load of my contacts actual numbers on SE's crappy sync service (contacts still listed but numbers gone and not in trash?)

May 4, 2012I'm not 100% sure if this is the solution to all Xperia Minis but after ICS4.0 upgrade of my mini the back button problem occuring due to overheating of phone (usually after 15-20mins usage of any app/music/photo viewing/browsing etc) has gone, After continuous usage of 15-20mins or immediately after charging phone I used to face this problem and could not do anything because as soon as I entered some menu the back button threw me out almost immediately.. but with ICS4.0 upgrade (done approx. 2.5weeks before) the problem has vanished totally. No matter what I do with the phone the back button doesn't throw me out of current menu automatically.

Camera worked for a while without problems, but recently I moved the camera icon in one of the corners.
After that, the camera button (after the focusing position, when pressed till the end) just turns the main menu on without taking the picture. However, camera works sometimes without problems (one in five attempts). I reinstalled the software using SEUS, but the problems still persists.
