"Play on Device" is not working on my mini pro. I have the latest version of GB installed. When I try to connect the mobile to samsung TV(which has "allshare" option enabled) using wifi router connected to TV thru LAN Port.. Mini is detecting the TV but.. it says "NO supported files found", but when I used a 3rd party app like "iMediaShare Lite" its working(it has limited functionality though).

When I am trying to play any mp4 videos in a default player, appears a error "Can not play video." I tried to intall other players from market, but nothing, same problem. Also, its not a problem with video files, because I asked my friend to try playing the same mp4 videos which my X10 Mini can't play and he had no problems with them... All videos played correctly in a default player.
Also I tried to reinstall OS, but problem still exists.

I converted a few .avi but simply can;t recognoise these mp4 movies in flash card.
I have just bought the X10 mini and tried to copy everything from my W995 phone/card to my SD card. However now I can only play mp3 tracks, not wma,is there anything I can do about this? And also my pics were nicely arranged in individual folders on the W995, now they're everywhere.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am a relatively new user to this phone, and so I have been trying to get my music files (mp3 format) onto my phone.I have bought a new 32GB sd card to load them on, and some files will play, but most state they can't play.I have tried a transfer using file copying, and also used MediaGo, but I still get similar results.The mp3 files play correctly on my computer (Windows Media Player) and on my iPOD, so I think the files should be ok.Are there specific sampling bit rates needed for the Xperia?Further to this thread, I have now ripped some original cd's in various formats and bit rates (Mp3 to WAV), and it makes little difference to their ability to play. Some do, but mostly they don't. I can't find any common factor.
Finally getting somewhere .... I think there is a problem with the new 32Gb MicroSD. Its rated class 10, so its maybe faulty or too fast???I replaced the sd with the one that came with the phone, which is 2Gb (no class stated), and everything plays fine with this.
I have the xperia mini 10 pro, i have tried everthing thats been suggested and downloaded media go but no matter wot music i put on my phone it comes up saying 'file format not supported' what does thus mean and wot file format is needed.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI successfully upgraded to Android 2.1 on my Xperia x10 Mini Pro. After the upgrade everything works beautifully except 2 things.
1> I am unable to play any online videos. When I try loading the video it does not load the control for it and shows a small square block like a Lego brick. Looks like the browser is missing some add-on like Flash or something. Have tried installing Flash for the browser but it said Flash is already installed.. Have tried downloading a different browser, like Opera but that does not help either.
2> This is not very important, but for some reason the alarm does not work any more. I can set the alarm on the phone. It shows that the alarm is set for a particular time but when the time comes it does not ring. Have tried using different applications for this but those don't work either.

Now though we have Cox for internet service. My phone is connected to the wifi, but more than half the time does it ever work. Example as in my laptop. It connects just fine and am always able to access the internet.f my problem is confusing what is happening is that I am connected to the wifi and it shows I am. The wifi status icon is up and shows I have a connection. When I try to access a webpage or app that requires the internet, it will not load at all and sometimes say I do not have any internet access. So while it's "connected" I am unable to access anything and it's as if I'm not even using wifi.
Other details:We have a Motorola Cable Modem: Model SB121A Netgear Dual Broadband Router: Model WNDR3400-100NAS N600And for an extra secruity setting, we have selected the option not to broadcast the wifi so that the only way to connect to it is to know the SSID and connect manually.
My sms vibrate notification is not working even my vibrate notification in both sound setting and sms is turned on It only vibrates when the sound if off, but the setting in the vibrate is set to 'always' On call, it always vibrate, the only problem is when receiving an sms when the sound is on.

It's my Girlfriend's old phone, and she says it's around a year and 2 months old, so it's out of warranty (Assuming the warrranty is a year)
Thinking it was a software issue, I took the battery out and put it back in again, but now the phone won't turn on, as said button is not working.
I recently dropped my phone about 2 feet and the screen cracked a bit in the upper right-hand corner. The phone has been fine for about a week since the incident, no problems at all. Yesterday I noticed there was some slight bugginess with regards to the touchscreen. I turned it off then back on, and it began to be unresponsive entirely, so I put the phone away and ignored it for a minute. I try again and it works just fine. A few minutes later, the same issue happened again, but I had no luck just ignoring it. I am unable to unlock my phone at all. I can still navigate through the power options just fine using the d-pad. I tried connecting it to a computer and to a power source and had no luck with that either. The phone won't charge and won't mount on a computer.
