During phone calls, for no particular reason, a specific noise appears and I can't continue the conversation. Just hang up and call again. The same noise can be heard by the other side too.

I've been a happy xperia mini pro (android 4.0.4) owner for 8 months however today i started experiencing a repetitive static noise thump which appeared during all my calls. I wanted to find out more about this problem eventually any fixes, and if problems such as this would be covered by the warranty.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had Gingerbread 4.0.2.A.0.62 and no electrostatic noise in video capture (voice recorder programs had noise but not the video capture programs). Yesterday I upgraded to ICS and now it makes this cicada noise when recording video in QVGA and VGA modes but not in 720p and FWVGA and the video consumes alot of MB very fast.

When I keep my phone in hand signal vary all the time and very often i can see that i have no access to my network, it happens also in big city. The other problem is electrostatic noise which was mentioned several times. I'm afraid service will do nothing so I wanted to ask what should I do to get my phone fixed (I read a lot of people had to sent their phone several times and wait 2 weeks every time until it was fine).

Everything went well until minute 58 of the recording when i received a phone call and the recording was interrupted. After the call, my friend didnt recorded anymore because the Iphone wouldnt let him. So after the concert i wanted to check the video and in the camera roll i could see the file onyl22 seconds recorded. I thought that he pressed the record button by mystake and shut down the process. Everything ok untill i went in setting, general, usage and i saw there that i have only 1.2 Gb available. I deleted all my files o purpose to be able to record the whole show. Again, the footage that i can see in the camera roll is only 22 seconds long when he told me exactly that he recorded 58 minutes.Now im trying to go to the camera to record something but i cannot do that, automatically exists when in camera and i press record button. Can you please advise me? Sorry for the long post but i think i could really need some help to clear this situation and also, to save the whole 58 minutes footage, not 22 sec as it appears

The problem occurs when I press the Transfer button;
"Transfer interrupted. Check your SD card for possibly transferred data."
I tried formatting the SD card, booted in Safe mode & searched in File Commander for illegal file names.
It worked before, I have an SanDisk Ultra 32gb MicroSD HC installed on my Xperia Z3.
My device is up to date running 5.1.1 (23.4.A.1.264)
Ive had my z2 for a day and my memory is at 75%. I've managed to transfer my photos and videos to the sd card but it won't let me transfer my music. It says "transfer interrupted. Check sd card for possibly transfered data"...

I've rather standard micro SD card for my z2, when 75% threshold is reached it suggests moving stuff away from the phone. Videos and music is transferable but not photos, it quits immidiate with message that transfer is interrupted and that I should check for any data.

This message has occurred a number of times before and I have successfully transferred files to the SD card each time.However, during the last transfer I somehow cancelled it halfway through the transfer.
Now when I try to transfer again, I get the error 'Transfer Interrupted. Please check your SD Card for possibly transferred data.'
I have a problem with my x10 mini pro. Most of the times, while in call it is going to mute.. I am using the phone very close to my ears and i can see it is blank when i take out to see whether it is in mute or not. whether there is any existing remedy for this or someone can raise a request to sony ericsson to have mute as a hard key or in a menu form like it is present in normal mobiles?

The rest of the phone is still working and I can use apps and mobile internet so I do not notice myself that it has stoped working untill I try to make a phone call myself. The phone starts working again if I restart it (just a normal shut down and the turn it back on again). This works every time. Once restarted I normaly gets a lot of SMS's with messages on my voice mail etc.

But there are lots of problems I'm facing with the phone now, Dropped calls. Especially with WiFi and/or data ON. Slow performance, Widgets/Folders on the Home screen take time to load (i can see them loading one by one)Phone app takes around 3 secs to come up!!! All other apps also take longer than before to load.3.
