My phone suddenly hangs, become hot and all buttons and screens become unresponsive. Is there any way for me to reboot the phone?
For my older phones, when that happens. I would normally plug out the battery but Z5 premium does not allow that at all.
Now I'm really concern and I'm thinking what should I do? as the phone is currently still radiating heat as I am typing the question now.
My 3 days old Z2 suddenly hang and freeze I couldnt touch the screen, the device respond to any button press and I can recieve calls but I cant open it.. I can not restart my device unliss I press the micro red button beside the SIM card.

View 6 Replies View RelatedYesterday my Xperia started having what's described as the "ghost touch" issue.After shutting the phone down, nothing was looking better. At this point, when I boot up the phone, I can enter my sim-pin, start the camera by the dedicated button and touch objects to focus. I can also select things in the restart/shut down menu. However, the lock sceen is all but responsive. The fact that I have partial touchscreen functionality gives me the hope that the problem is software related rather than a hardware issue. However, since I can't get past the lock screen, it's also impossible for me to reboot the phone to factory settings.
View 10 Replies View RelatedIn the past couple of days, I am having trouble with the touchscreen on my Neo V. It does not respond as well as it did before. For instance, the slide unlock takes 3 times to slide before actually unlocking. The upper notifications bar does not get pulled down easily. And while scrolling, I end up opening something appearing on the screen wherever the finger is touching while scrolling. All this did not happen before. I performed a system test as well, which does not really show any problem with the touchscreen. Restarting the phone did not help either. What could be the issue then?
View 5 Replies View RelatedNormally when you are on a call and put the phone close to your ear, the screen goes dark because you are on a call, but when you move it away the screen comes back on. My screen when I am on a phone call stays dark as soon as I answer it. It does not come back on when you move it away from my ear, and to get it back on I have to press the wake button. Additionally, I am unable to answer call waiting either- when another call is coming in, even pressing the wake button does not wake the phone until after the second caller hangs up.
View 14 Replies View RelatedIn the last 3 weeks I have had events where the phone becomes non-responsive. What I mean is that it will not unlock by finger sensor, and the lock screen will not slide up to enter pin. The phone shows at the bottom of the lock screen the 3 icons for locked, camera and something else but, can not get it to swipe. If i reboot sometimes it does and sometimes it does not solve the problem. If it does it, I have to power off the phone, wait a few seconds and power back on.
Other times the phone gets hung up on the volume level screen will trying to adjust up or down but, not movement and locks the screen and becomes non-responsive. Also, during this time, it tends for the phone to get warm. Other times if I leave the phone alone for a few minutes, it tends to settle down and fix itself?????? I never get an "android stop working" like message either.
The phone is stock unrooted from day one from BB but, now I am over 15 days and can not return or exchanged.
I click on update and the screen changes.
HTC Service pack is shown on the screen with a green dash going from right to left of screen, but nothing else.
I have just bought a new BB Curve 8520 handset where in I am facing some application problem, I was trying to play the WORDMOLE game which is installed in the set but the moment I start playing it the handset gets Hanged and I need to switch it off and then use it.

When i make a call the person on the other end says they can barely hear me and hang up. When i am in the car on bluetooth it works fine but not when i am just using the phone as normal in the office or outside.

It's just easier to hold and talk with it in my hand in front of my body or else I set the phone on my desk. My screen time out is set to two minutes, so after I've talked for a couple of minutes my screen goes black. Then, when I'm ready to say good-bye, I can't figure out how to get back to the phone active screen! If I were holding it to my head it would automatically go to the phone screen, but when on speaker it doesn't. As a result I usually wait for the other party to hang up the phone. Tapping the power button doesn't do it.
How to I return to the phone screen after my screen has timed out and I'm on speakerphone?
I just bought Xperia Z3+ Dual 5 days ago and has a lot of problems. Battery draining so fast, always hang after 2-3 hours in standby mode and need to hard reset to switch on the phone again (press power button and volume up iin the same time).
