Dec 10, 2014When i make a call the person on the other end says they can barely hear me and hang up. When i am in the car on bluetooth it works fine but not when i am just using the phone as normal in the office or outside.

Jan 20, 2015If i set my phone to airplane mode (which i usually do at night) the next morning i'll find it with near to no battery and just hanged on the samsung logo. I've tried to leave it out of airplane mode a whole night and it did not crash. Now just today, to see it happen, i set it to airplane mode, within an hour/hour and a half i tried to pick it up and wasnt responding to any button and suddenly shows the samsung logo.
So i'm pretty sure now that the behavior is linked to Airplane mode. I've cleared cache etc. I'm just not sure where to start. There must be something that just crashes the phone when in airplane mode. Going for factory reset is out of the question for now (well idealy). ps : it was fine under KK
Where to start/what to look for ? I'm in the meantime downloading the Android SDK, after that I'll put the usb debugging on and have an adb logcat running and force a crash again.
Xperia Z2 :: Forgot Screen Lock Pin And Can't Access Recovery Mode For Factory Reset
Jul 31, 2014I've forgot the screenlock pin of my Sony Xperia Z2, the smartphone is stock so i don't have the bootloader unlocked so i can't go in recovery mode.
From Sony PC Companion i can't do nothing because i must unlock the phone.
From Flashtool i can't do nothing because i have USB Debug Mode set to OFF and i can't enable it if i can't unlock the smartphone. Otherwise if I can set the phone in Flashmode or Fastboot Mode.

The phone works fine with both blue tooth and ear buds and plays music over the speaker just fine. But if someone calls me I have shift to speaker mode to be able to hear them. I've confirmed the volume is up, I've tried turning off the phone and turning it back on and I tried before and after syncing.

Nov 7, 2014My phone suddenly hangs, become hot and all buttons and screens become unresponsive. Is there any way for me to reboot the phone?
For my older phones, when that happens. I would normally plug out the battery but Z5 premium does not allow that at all.
Now I'm really concern and I'm thinking what should I do? as the phone is currently still radiating heat as I am typing the question now.

Oct 14, 2015My Z3 does constant hang ups at random times. Sometimes when I call someone it will hang up before it even rings even if I hit call back IMMEDIATLY after it hangs up it hangs right back up.
Sometimes I can talk for 5 mins sometimes 3hrs but it will randomly hang up. A phone restart fixed it sometimes I have changed the signal prefrences and no change. I have factory resetted the phone and no change. I am about to do a Software repair with the PC Companion. If this does not work I don't know what to do.

the day before yesterday i did to it a full factory reset with fresh copy of IOS 7.1.2 without recover any backup, it works normally and that's make me happy, until today the same thing return to it, the screen turn on dark, I try to open it by lock button without any result, so i click on main button and lock button in order to restart and open again.Now i put Auto-Lock(never) so its open without any problem!
