Oct 1, 2010 few days ago I've made a discussion here about the GPS of my Mini, that wasn't working good after an update. Before the update, it got locked on 30 seconds(max) in a cold start, and in a normal start, in about 5~10 seconds. After the update in the same conditions and same place, in a cold start, it takes around 1~2 minutes, and in a normal start it takes around 30 seconds. That's not normal, my friend has a Mini too and he is with the same firmware and his lock time on a cold start is around 25~30 seconds and on a normal start 5~10 seconds. I get the phone to the SE assistance, after 1 day they told me that was a firmware trouble and updated it again, but the phone still the same.
What should I do?

Apr 19, 2012the thing is sometimes the data traffic doesnt work, i mean when i enable data traffic there is no E symbol and the same thing is happening with my GPS...sometimes they creates problem and if GPS get started its nt able to provide actual location.
things what i did--- system reset 2 times + system repair using PC companion but the problem is from 2 days..what should i do to enjoy my cell phone experience again..
Xperia Ray :: Its Not Working Properly After Flashing And Rooting?
Dec 13, 2012My phone came with GB 2.3.4 build .62 which is hard to root. So as the above guide directed, I downloaded a .42 build firmware, CE(Central Europe perhaps? I don't know) and tried to flash it using flashtool. I disconnected the phone from the PC in between. My phone wouldn't boot. Then I used SUS and updated it to ICS, making the phone work. I then flashed it to GB .42 patiently, and with success. Alas, problems started immediately. Many processes such as media, calender storage, acro etc came up as stopped working. Even after selecting force close they would keep appearing. I cleared the respective cache/data and the notifications stopped. Then I rooted it using Doomlord's toolkit, and updated to .62 via OTA, keeping my root. A few things have changed. The keyboard name is the same, International keyboard, but it is different and I don't like it. Camera is not working. Screen goes blank if I open the camera. Messaging does not work and the messaging app crashes as soon as I open it. No contacts are found, despite importing them again. (They all show up when using the import from SIM option, it says importing is done but they are nowhere to be found). Google search is not working and it crashes too.

Mar 17, 2015A few days ago I bought a new Xperia Z5 Premium from a local reseller, and it works just fine, most of the time.Yesterday I noticed that the fingerprint scanner works pretty bad most of the time, and sometimes it chooses to not work at all.It just refuses to recognise my fingerprint, and I've deleted and registered it over and over again.I've now added three registered prints of my thumb, and it still is extremely wonky. (The sensor, and my thumb, are both clean and unharmed).I just searched the forum, and lots of people seem to have the same issue from a few months back.

But in my case when I turn on wifi and connect to a network and after a few minutes turn off wifi, then its not able to connect to the 3g network(Airtel-India) which is availabe and i have tested this on my android phones too, it work perfectly fine there.

If I plug the the headphones in just before it clicks in to place, I can get audio out of both sides but since it's not fully plugged in the sound always bounces in and out. I've used multiple converters and headsets, all of which are working properly. Is this a design flaw or do I have a bad one that I need to send in for warranty repair?

It is getting quite annoying.PS: I already tried registering HRT but I received nothing and my clock is set to automatic update. My current app version is 6.0.0.600 (2647) and all apps are updated to the latest version.

Mar 26, 2012The signal on my blackberry has been very poor of late, and pretty sure its my phone rather than network. The signal is pretty much always on EDGE or GSM where the internet does not work, as well as Apps such as Facebook and Twitter, and do not receive my messages/BBM's and can't make calls at time - the call just fails- so I'm guessing there's something wrong with my signal of the phone.
