I've tried to connect my Z5 compact with my notebook with Windows 7. There's a bluetooth connection but gives a lot of errors in the device manager. Sony PC Companion 2.1 can't connect it also by bluetooth. I've tried to update my Windows, but that wasn't a solution. I have also updated my phone as well..

View 1 Replies View Relatedwell the thing is that i have the BB curve and also i hae the Vaio computer Series Y , before when i got the BB i was checking the features between PC and BB , i found that i could Connect the BB music to be able and listen to music with the speakers in the PC , now recently , is not letting me to connect the BB to the PC , is showing like if is trying to connect the it says Connected after to seconds it cut the connection, in my BB says Connection with Vaio terminated , basically is only playing 2 seconds in the computer and the it finish by itself?
PS, i have tried to remove both device each other and then reparied again but NO GO , also i have tried the option "listen " just to make sure that was the problem but "No go "?
I got a problem with the bluetooth. I can send files with it but I can't receive them. My phone can be seen by everyone when bluetooth are active, I accept the file that other people want to share and then a message such as "connection failed" or similar,appear on the phone of the other people. Someone told me that I should reset the phone, is it the right solution? Is a backup necessary before the reset? I need to transfer some job files.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI just received my 808 replaced by Nokia for the 3G bug issue. Now I have been noticing that annoying Connection Failed connection unavailable message every few seconds. Turned the positioning methods OFF and the frequency of the error message goes away but it still pops up every few minutes. I did a hard reset, removed the memory card where most of my apps are installed and it still gives me that same error. Ordered a new SIM to see if that makes any difference - none - Still same error message. That message is so annoying. Anyone have any other ideas that I could try ? Privacy mode is OFF also.

At the begining, when I bought the xperia Z3, when pressing the helmet button to make a request to the phone, the "google lady" was asking about if I want to make a call or anything, it worked out, it was working as expected, but since the phone requested me to make some updates in the apps (also the google app), the google thing does not work anymore. It works the music, it works the google maps and navigation but If I want to "talk to the phone" the google lady says (in spanish "espera") "wait", a grey screen appears with the word "initializing" and actually does nothing. In a nutshell, the google thing does not work using blueetooth anymore. Then I have to stop to drive and manually make the call which is not ideal when you are travelling...
Soo whenever I connect to any Bluetooth device my Xperia will end up blanking out or the wallpaper will stay but no buttons and the phone must reset. Then now that I use headphones the volume is very low to the point I can't hear much. I've done pcc I've reset it done safe mode nothing has worked.

Only show device phisical adress and nothing more. When my phone was with Android 4.4.4 there was no problem to comunicate with this device. My other two phones (Xperia P and Xperia L, both with android JB) has no problems to communicate with device or to each other.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have an Xperia PLAY R800at with 2.3.3. Whenever I'm using my bluetooth device and reconnect to my wifi network, I lose bluetooth packets for 5-6 seconds. This does not happen when I compare against the Nexus S sitting right next to the Xperia PLAY.
This is a really bad problem, and is probably going to result in me not using my PLAY at all.
Playing my music in my car via bluetooth to the cars head unit has always worked ok until now.
When playing my music, it seems to break up, just like a bad connection to a radio station.
This happens with any kind of music on my phone, regardless if its a album on my phone on streaming a live radio station.
Every other related function seams to be ok.
Got my Z5 last week, loving it so far. However, I have noticed that whenever I get into my car and pair to my stero via bluetooth the audio is always never at 100% even though it was prior to the connection. I am assuming this is some half-baked health and safety issue with volume limiting but I am wondering if there is a setting somewhere I can disable for this. I use Google Play Music, Spotify and Pandora.

I have upgraded from Z3 compact to Z5 compact. Nothing else changed. Since then the synchronization is almost impossible. The syncing process fails after 30-60 seconds every time. If I am lucky the current training session can be uploaded to the mobile after 5-10 attempts.
Bluetooth HCI snoop log was fine on Z3 compact but not on Z5 compact. Wireshark detected some inconsistencies in the Z5C's bluetooth log: it has been cut short in the middle of a packet. So I think the bluetooth connection drops very often during data transfer.

I did try (twice) to e-mail Nokia care - each time I filled in all details only to get a Gateway timeout message when I tried to send it - and all details wiped out!

Reinstalled version 6.0 Bundle 905 and everything works fine apart from an annoying message that shows to the right of the Bluetooth symbol "Connection to computer failed".This message only comes up when Bluetooth is turned on. The only Bluetooth paired device I have is my car. Prior to the re-installtion I never had this message come up. It comes up every 30 seconds or so.

It used to work fine, but now my computer gives me a "Device has malfunctioned. Please reconnect or replace the device".I have all the proper drivers installed for it but it still doesn't make a difference. I also tried using 3 other cables, and 4 different computers, but it still doesn't work. I think it's a problem with the fast port, and i tried cleaning it with ispropyl alcohol and cotton but it still doesn't work.
