May 8, 2012why my phone is showing two phone calendars? There was only one before the update (GB 2.3.4) After update (ICS) its showing two and also I am not able to sync my phone calendar. It shows synced but the whole calendar is blank.

Touch screen works, I receive calls, charging works, able to switch-off / switch-on, etc. Service Center person says liquid log near the display connector. Xperia Z2 :: Dead Display And Touch Screen On Phone
Apr 20, 2015I'm Sony user since 4 years ago as I started with Sony Xperia miny pro, Xperia S, Xperia Z1, then Xperia Z2.
Now I own the black model of the xperia Z2 since 2 days I decided to try the waterproof ability and take a photo under the water. I took the phone with me under the water it's not more than 30 meter and not more than 6 min .a few hours later, I found out that some of the water got in because I can see some condensation on the camera lenses both front and back.
Another few hours later I found out that the screen starts to flicker then the screen dies. All other functionality such as the sound still works because I can hear the tone if someone call me or receive a sms but the display and touch is dead.

May 19, 2015My z3 is abt 6 months old. Recently I locked my phone and tried unlocking it but the screen never turned on though I can see the screen lighting up a bluish colour but the display doesn't appear. I have to switch off the phone for around half an hour and restart for it to work.

Bt while collecting I hd noticed that my display was cracked n scratches all arnd, I askd those ppl bt they were nt ready to accept instead blamed me that im lying n all, finally I convinced them as they didnt mentioned any cracks in display in there job sheet, also they fixed all minor issues under warranty which proves my mob display wasnt cracked while submitting...atlast they agreed to repair the display on there cost.

Jun 30, 2015I've had my Xperia Z3 from T-Mobile for the last 8-9 months, no issues till, well, today when I decided to test if the phone was really waterproof (1.5m for 30min as per the specs). Verified all slots were tightly closed and used for about 15 minutes taking some pictures and video underwater (approx 50cm deep), no problem at all. After those 15 minutes however the screen stopped responding to inputs. It was still displaying content though (camera), just not responding to inputs.
I was able to reboot the phone by pressing power + volume up for a few seconds. The phone seems to be rebooting fine but the screen is not displaying anything now. I can see the screen is backlit, and if I press the volume up or down buttons I hear the usual beeps, but the screen is not displaying anything at all.
My biggest issue now, besides what seems to be water damage on my display, is that I need to recover my phone data (images and some docs) as soon as possible. I tried connecting it to my PC via USB to access the internal storage and get what I needed, but my phone has a swipe code and since the screen is not displaying anything I can't unlock it for my PC to see it.
Xperia Z3 :: When Take Video Phone Would Display Flashing Bars But Wouldn't Save
May 24, 2015I tried to take several videos last night of a band but each time I went to save clips of 4 mins in length to my internal storage, the phone would display flashing bars as though saving but wouldn't save (just showed the flashing bars as though trying to save) and instead lock up. I had to restart each time and consequently lost my videos. I tried various recording modes and had the same issues. I was able to take and save pictures with no issues.

May 16, 2015After rebooting my phone last night all the existing messages and phone logs show only the numbers and no names or photos. When I go into the contacts I can see the contacts and numbers but there is no link between the contacts and the messaging or phone app.
I have checked and the filter setting are correct. All accounts are syncing ok too.

Apr 3, 2015My phone was working perfectly alright last night but lost charge so went go charge it as normal from the wall socket but it did not charge at all and not even the red power light showing. Thought I'd give it another go in the morning but no, just the red light on but no power. Now it still has the red power light show up but then after about 30 mins a battery sign shows that is different to the last battery sign that it had before so was wondering if the system has updated automatically???? Turns on but shows main screen for a millisecond and switches straight off saying 0% battery even though its been charging a good while.

May 6, 2012I went to turn on my iPhone, clicked the power button and all it shows is a slightly tinted black screen. I still receive calls and texts, but I see nothing and the touch screen doesn't work. The phone also vibrates, I am able to call only with voice control, and cannot pick up the phone.
