My Z3 phone keep on appear a message saying that my mobile data is disable when I scroll to open my phone or scroll down (from top) to view notification.
How to get rid of the message and it is necessary to switch on the mobile data which will cost me money?
Wifi on Lollipop 5.0.2 takes to much time to connect. It used to connect fast in KK.
When connected to Wifi it shows connected whereas the the Mobile data sign does not disappear unless as quick. Only after the Mobile data signal is disabled after 10 secs the connection starts working.
I have a new T-Mobile S6 Edge and love the phone, but one thing I have not figured out is why I still get background mobile data usage even though I have disabled mobile data and set "restrict background data". Both tuiService and OS services are downloading approximately 100K at a time periodically over mobile data throughout the day even though I have a wifi connection.

Although it gives me the option to press yes / No, I can't actually press no! Pressing yes takes me to the address book, but only allows me to type R - whatever else I try to do! In a message, the touchpad now also prints Rs. It keeps appearing, and now when I type a message, the letter R keeps appearing at odd times, either lower or upper case. I have rebooted (i.e. taken battery out many times, to no avail!

When I connect it to a usb, it disappears but will then reappear when I unplug. I've tried updating software but none is available, and there is no programs running on the phone. I have a three month old Z3 on Vodafone in the UK. I have travelled abroad with it 4 times in that time. The first 3 times were fine. Data worked as normal. This month I went to CZ Republic where it was fine. Flew home Saturday. Flew to Spain on the Sunday - no data roaming. I could get texts and make calls but could not get internet or even pick up a 3g or 4g signal at all - even though my 3 friends, all on vodafone right next to me had no problem. I called vodafone and took it into a shop over there. They reset all of the settings for me including setting a new APN etc.Still nothing. They are insistent it is a software fault with the phone - not a connection issue.I landed back in the UK last night and I am picking up data fine again - but I go away next week again and need to make sure it will be working.

I have restarted the phone, contacted my network provider for the information to set up a new connection, have updated the software, have done a reset but nothing is working. I also do not have the 3G symbol next to my network provider so something seems to be missing or not working correctly.
I have put the sim into my Iphone and I do not have any problems. It immediately connects to 3G and I have internet and do not have to change any setup info. Its pretty frustrating as I have only had it for less than a week but have spent most of the time searching for a solution and am wondering, if there are this many issues, whether not to just return the phone. Any tips to setup the mobile data connection?

View 10 Replies View RelatedI just recently upgraded my Z3 to Lollipop after that I tried to use the mobile data outside but it wont work there's no "H" or "E" with arrows up and down showing above the signal.
*Note (I'm using GLOBE sim card I usually use the mobile data when out side range of a WiFi, It works before after I upgraded it to Lollipop.)
How to prevent emails that have already been read & deleted from my wife's Ray re-appearing later (sometimes days later) as new ones in the notification disc on the email icon & in the inbox? It happens on both Hotmail & btinternet accounts in large enough numbers to be a real timewaster deleting them all again & again. (I have to say this doesn't happen on my iPhone - when they're gone they're gone.)

I bought the xperia z3+ few weeks ago, and from the moment i bought it I cannot play video on it, the image freezes but the sounds continue normally, I went back to the store and they took it for 10 days and give it back with the same problem and they said they didn't find anything, I did everything from clearing catches, restore, software update, factory reset, nothing works i still cannot play downloaded videos or YouTube or even facebook videos!!
