Xperia Z2 :: Keyboard Did Not Pop Up While On Call

I recently updated my xperia z2 to lolipop 5.0.2 ... And whenever i am on the phone talking to someone, sometimes I need to write down the instruction or things that mentioned on the phone by writing it down on my phone... But i am no longer can open my keyboard while on phone... Not just on my notes app... Even my messaging apps and sms too... Its annoying while I don't have pen and pencil while I trust my phone to keep d note...

When making many calls often the first thing they ask me is to select an option by pressing 1 or 2 etc.Currently as soon as they ask this I have to abandon the call.I only have a screen whilst I can access the keyboard when not making a call,How do I access the keyboard whilst I am on a call?

I have been using the Z2 for some time now and totally in love with the hardware design and the nicely laid out interface. Though sony decided to discriminate the Indian users by not giving the noise cancellation head or the LTE model ....considering its 50K phone here ... which is not cheapÂ

Aside from what mentioned above there are 2 more things that’s bother me...
1. There are some bloatware on the phone provided by sony but there are no options to uninstall them.Â
2. While on call nothing else works the soft keys gets disabled, you can’t type a msg the keyboard doesn’t come up. This was how it was in my Z as well. In the forum some people mentioned that it got resolved in the 4.3 update, however i don’t think it is yet.

While I am under a phone call if I want to search the browser or sending a text message the keyboard will be unavailable so do the back button will become unavailable...

I'm unable to text while I'm on the phone, I can't even take notes because the keyboard won't pop up.

I have a BlackBerry 9700. Yesterday the keyboard became really weird. It strted pressing u even if i was pressing something else. Also if i pressed q,e or some other letters it would close the text message I was writing. Also if i pressed spacebar, it would keep going till i pressed something else (same with backspace). the buttons either side of the trackpad (back, menu, ring, hang up buttons) keep flashing , like blinking on and off and the trackpad isnt working amazingly. whenever there is call keep on rejecting. This all happened in one day

Was just wondering if there is a way to disable keyboard sounds on the S6 Edge ONLY during a phone call. As, if the other party is on speaker phone and starts to type on the keyboard, all the click sounds go through to the second party and the voice goes very low.

I have synced and restored my phone but the sound is still not happening! It rings ok but when I answer I hear nothing also the keyboard clicks have gone. I have checked the ringer volume but still nothing.

Was just wondering if its possible to mute the incoming call ring without rejecting the call? I have seen that feature in some htc phones and tried on my phone but it didnt work.

I just got the Z3 and am having an issue with my contacts. When I go to select a contact to call it displays the fax number as default to call. Is there a away to change that? It does it for all contacts that have a fax number, the Phone icon shows up beside the fax number.

I was facing the problem of contacts & call log after updating the 2.1(multitouch update). My call log doesn't record the incoming, outgoing and missed call. Sometimes it records and sometimes it doesn't.

If I want to make the Z5 a call and dial the number and pick up the phone, the screen goes black and I can do nothing more. It then responds to anything, not even on the Power button until the other ends the call. Then, the screen lights up again and it goes back all normal.

I have got liveview and can read texts, emails and see who is phoning me and my missed calls but I expected to be able to phone people from it via my blue tooth head set. Is this possible or am I asking too much?

Whenever a call comes in while I am speaking on the phone, the current call automatically cuts off and the new call starts immediately. I have checked the call settings but doesn't seem to be anything there that can work. How do I prevent this?

Using my z2 with latest update,
1) when I receive a new call (waiting) while i am already in a call, the calling contact name is not appearing, its covered by the current call info !!!
2) during a normal call , if i get the mobile off then on my head ,sensor should get the display off again swiftly , its not the case at all, sometimes display keeps running, & sometimes it give a" black light" not turning off , this is not normal...

Of some reason I've got Korean Keybord in my Xperia X10...! I have no idea how it got there either All menues and similar are in english, as it should, but when typing in Notepad or writing SMS the Keyboard is in Korean.

today i finally bought Fifa for this nice phone, but i was REALLY disappointing that i couldnt use my keyboard to control it! when I first got the Xperia 10 the standard english keyboard had the question mark and exclamation mark on the front screen, as well as an option to select a range of different emoticons.All of a sudden I now have a really basic looking keypad, and I have to go to another screen to access ? and Also, the word prompter was much bigger on the previous keyboard, and there was an arrow option.Now I can't go to a certain point when texting using arrows either, which is weird.I have tried looking up manuals and all it tells me to do is select standard keyboard, which I have done - there don't appear to be any other options to change the look and feel of keyboard.

I just upgraded to the new software, and all of a sudden I keep getting this chinese keyboard. I want my old English keyboard back, where if I press on the keyboard I get keyboard settings, not it changing into Mandarin instead. Also, my word prediction seems to have gone off, together with the new keyboard. Sigh.

I'd like to know if there is possivel to change the message keyboard. Now i have the qwerty keyboard both with the phone vertically or horizontally, but with the phone vertically the qwerty keyboard is not practical because the keys are to small, and I'd like to change it if its possible.
