Xperia X8 :: Different Number To Sim Card?
Jul 15, 2011under settings and when i tap about phone,then in status it shows a different phone number to the one on my sim card ,how can i change this to the right number?

Jul 13, 2015In notification area - there is shown signal strength per sim card + number of sim card. This is worthless because everyone know which sim card has which number. Also in locked screen there is in notification area, which one is first and which one is second. It's all about sparing place in notification area.

Mar 15, 2012I used iphone 4s.Recently i changed my sim card so my phone number has changed too.I've already succeed changed my phone number into the new number but my imessage number won't verify the new number.iMessage keep continue verify my old number.
1. I've reset network setting
2. I turned off and on my face time and imessage
3. I inserted my old sim card andt wait for my old number to verified and then turn my imessage of along with my face time and inserted my new sim card But nothing fixed my imessage number.. My email address in the imessage all were verified but only my phone number won't..

Even though on the Boost website my phone number and SIM number are correct, and even though if you dial the correct number my BoostBerry still gets the call, it still shows me the wrong number... and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change it.

Aug 18, 2011ive had the s2 now for a day and a half and when i transfered my sim card into my phone it didnt contain any numbers so im prepared to manually enter them all. however with adding my email accounts and facebook alot of my contacts have appeared but i dont want them all. ive got it to only show contacts added to my phone so i have three entries in yhe phonebook but texts and calls are picking up the names from my syncd contactsif i remove the accounts from contacts settings accounts , does this delete all the details from yhese accounts so will my email contacts be syncd and removed from my address books on my email account

Dec 28, 2010Yesterday I bought a brand new Xperia X10 mobile with android 2.1 packed on November 2010 at a SONY Gallery in chennai. After unboxing the mobile, and initial settings, I could not either make a call or receive a call. The showroom guys made a call to Sony support and said, I need to wait for two days as the IMEI numbers are not unlocked yet. I was terribly disappointed since I cannot use the mobile for another two days. But today I just wanted to make a try and inserted my SIM and checked if i can make a call. To my surprise the call was working. I was happy that the phone is activated.
But after 45 minutes, now again I am facing the same problem. The calls are not working. Neither I am able to receive the call nor I can make a call.

Sep 10, 2013 I've just bought a Xperia Z3 but the LTE Frequency does not seem to work.I registered the phone on Sonymobile.com, but the software versión changes everytime I enter the site.For example, yesterday the version of software asociated to my phone was 23.2.A.1.62, today, earlier was 23.1.A.0.726, now the version I see is 23.0.A.2.93.
A friend told me that knowing the version of software asociated to my IMEI I can check if the model is the D6603 or the D6653.I bought the model D6603 because that is supposed to be the model that works with LTE frecuencies on my country.The D6653 does not work with LTE on my country.
