Jan 16, 2014My phone developed a really strange problem with wifi. It connects to wifi networks but can not access the internet. The connection seems OK, the phone gets IP address but it can only ping the router! Any other ping returns "destination unreachable" error. And the really puzzling thing is that this problem does not exist on unprotected wifi networks. Eh. I have checked on several protected wifi nets, none worked, so the problem must be with the phone itself. So far I have tried the Wifi fixer app, but it could not fix this for me. Phone is HTC One S, Android 4.1.1

Nov 8, 2010When I'm at home, I keep my 3G data services turned off. I have a wifi connection and the 3G connection isn't very good inside my house anyway. For some reason, every time I open Android Market, it tells me I have to turn on data services, even if I'm connected already to wifi, and then it keeps interrupting because of the poor 3G connection. Is there any way to force this application to use wifi? I have no problem with other applications.

Xperia X10 :: Camera Not Working Anymore On With Android 2.1
Apr 12, 2011The (default) camera app used to work fine. But suddenly it would not anymore:
1. When I press the button to activate the camera, it will not start the camera app anymore.
2. When I start the (default) camera app manually, it will start, leave the content of the viewfinder black and freeze: I need to reboot the phone because none of the buttons (back, menu, home) will react.
3. Alternatively, after about 2 minutes the frozen application will kill itself (I have no autokiller installed!)
Would uninstalling and re-installing the (default) camera app If yes, how would I get it uninstalled and where would I get the camera.apk to download from to re-install it?
