Both on my windows 7 pc's (32bit and 64bit) Sync Zone will not start. When I first clicked on it, it seemed to install ok.But then nothing happens when i click on Start.I tried uninstalling PC Companion and reinstalling it.I have Outlook 2010 with multiple accounts.

When I sync my BB using desktop manager the time zone re-sets itself from GMT Dublin London time to Eniwetok-12 gmt ( I don't even know were Eniwetok is) . Here's some of the settings and systems information. On the Blackberry under Date and Time the update time is set to automatic, time zone- 12 hour-auto update. On the Desktop Software I have all the default settings to standard 2 way sync default with Microsoft Outlook 2007. The time zone on my computer is GMT London Dublin. I am running on Windows 7 - 64 bit.

Does it matter to the other applications if a different time zone is selected? Can one perhaps download an augmented time zone list?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI have an iPhone 4s and a Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 with itunes 10.60 (40) running .I have ticked the option in itunes to sync my iphone over wireless. The iphone is connected OK via my wifi network
When I plug the iphone into the mains charger (not connected via USB to the Mac) the sync over wireless does not start. If I go into settings - general - itunes wifi sync on the iphone and chosse to manually start the sync, the sync works fine. But it just will not start automatically when I plus the iphone into the charger,I was under the impression t was supposed to start automatically?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm currently running 4.4.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S5 (G900).
For a couple of weeks now I have noticed that my email has started to sync my junk mail. I will get notifications, i.e. It will say I have 10 emails, 5 important, 5 junk. When I go in to my email it will only show the 5 important ones in my inbox.
Is there anyway to turn off notifications for junk mail?
Other things you may need to know;
- I'm using MS Exchange Server (for my hotmail account).
- I haven't recently updated my OS.
I usually can just plug my iphone into my computer and it will connect and automatically sync, but I just tried it today and it for some reason wont sync.

View 8 Replies View RelatedSo I was trying to install a ROM (Froyo 2.2 (first MiniCM6 then XperiGinger V4)) (from 2.1) to my Xperia today and after it installed -"correctly"-, everytime I start the phone it doesnt go more than the "Sony Ericsson" logo. It just stays at the frozen image. I fixed it once with PC Companion, executing the repair tool but then the error came back and now even tho Im trying to repair it again, PC Companion (and SEUS) show a sign that "my device is fully actualized and there's no new software to upgrade to", meaning I cant fix it anymore (like if it could only be fixed once).

It downloaded the whole update but while installing it on the device It gave an error message "an error has occured during the update, Please click on retry to try again."
I tried that but it did not work.After that my phone got bricked. It does not start at all. It does not show the logo too.When I hold the power button, I see the green indicator and then it vibrates a bit, but nothing happens.I also tried to open the bootloader screen by holding the two bottons below the screen and starting the phone. Here I get a blue indicator light and a vibration and as usual nothing happens.
I have updated my Xperia to ICS. after that WiFi is not starting. It just showing message "Turning on WiFi" but nothing happens.
View 9 Replies View RelatedToday, while i was recharing my Sony Xperia Neo V using the USB Cable connected to my desktop, i have received a call for which i have disconnected the phone from charing and attended the call.
After my call, have observed my phone restarting automatically. From that time, my mobile was very hot. It is hot at receiver location. Which is at the top of the phone. I have dismanteled the phone, expecting it would be fine after some time, but it remained hot for around 1 hour. Finally i have removed battery from the case and kept it open.
After 30 min, mobile is in normal condition and i again switched on the mobile. 75% of the battery fell to 1 % in hardly 5 min. I connected the USB again to recharge the mobile, but the battery was charged to at most 4 % , but mobile got heated up again. I decided to remove the battery and switched off the phone for around 5 hours.Later when i tried starting the phone, it was not starting, not charging. Tried multiple times,but not charing, when ever i connect to charge, phone is becoming really hot.
When I try to turn on X10, green light blinks, phone turn to vibrate continuously and don't start.

I have tried turning it off and on again from the sim slot, turned it off with power and volume +, i have tried the companion app but it dosent regonize the phone as a phone or anything else. it just deletes everything else but support zone and media go. the support zone dosent contain anything else than the back button and media go is just media go. what should i do?

Every time i starts the camera application or any application that uses the camera (like Google goggles for example), the phone aparently crashes and suddenly reboot. After the reboot, the camera used to work for the first times but about aprox 30 min. or less that the phone has been rebooted, when i try to start the camera, the phone crashes and restarts again.
I´ve tried to Repair the phone in pc Companion software and the issue continues the same.
I have a big problem with my Xperia Z3, I i am using lollipop 5.0.2 . It worked fine with no issue until yesterday when I restart my xperia z3 it just keep on restarting . I switched it off and the on again.
Now its stuck at” Android upgrading, starting apps” all the time and it keeps restarting. I have tried to soft –reset nothing is happening. I have reached at a level to lose everything in the phone especially my contacts by deciding to do a hard/factory reset but still I cant do that using volume up or down. I am totally stuck. How to get rid of this. I cant get into recovery mode coz nothing is happening when I press key combination.
I just switched from one curve to the exact same one. I'm not exactly sure what is going on, but the only time zone I have available is Casablanca. Which is not where I am located.
I've updated the time manually, but my calendar and everything else is in the wrong time zone.
I live in the central time zone part of Florida. Yesterday I took a trip into the eastern time zone part. My Iphone 4 time switched over to the eastern time zone. It did not switch back over when I returned home.

everytime I synch my Curve 9360 with my desktop software, the Time Zone changes from GMT to Eniwetok (which is minus 12 hours) automatically. I had this problem with my old 9700 since the issues a few weeks back, and hoped the upgrade would change the problem - not so.

I've had this phone for about a year, maybe a little over a year, and it's always updated to the local time zone when I travel. It just does it automatically. When I turn the phone on when the plane lands, within a minute or two it's on local time.
This week I'm in Dallas, which is on the Central time zone, but my phone is not updating to Central -- it's still showing Eastern time, which is my "home" time zone.
I looked at the settings in the setup wizard and "update time zone automatically" is selected. But it's not updating.
I've turned the phone off and on again. I've taken the battery out and replaced it, letting the phone reboot.
