Someone draw a pattern to lock the phone and then he added a security question. Someone else got his hands on the phone, striked him out and now he does not remember the answer he's supposed to write in. Is there any chance that we can get passed that question and use the PUK-code or reset the phone?

We were visiting relatives at the time and did not keep a check on it. When we got home we found it had used up most of our data which created a data usage warning. We want to delete the download without installing, but there is no place to do this.

I was wondering if unlocking the phone will remove Rogers' Security policy from my phone so I can then do all this stuff. I realized that it is not working as the wizard process crashes closing before I can introduce my fingerprint. I thought that reinstalling Android through the Sony Companion would solve the issue but it is still happening.
My wife, that has the same phone from the same day, could configure a fingerprint without a problem. Can be a hardware problem that does not allow me to configure the fingerprint?
I cant change my WiFi security code. It is supposed to be as WAP/WPA2 PSK. But in my phone it is showing as WPA PSK. Is it a problem with my phone or with the WiFi connection? Please help me out. I tried putting face unlock and PIN but after few minutes the phone goes back to swipe to unlock. View 4 Replies View RelatedI set the trace a pattern security system for the phone. Later when trying to do two things at once I got the pattern wrong five times. I then compounded the problem by getting the succeeding attempts wrong as well until the phone locked me out. Like many others it seems I set-up my gmail account without recording the pertinant details, gmail address and password, these are the requirements to unlock the phone. The official X10 user guide is no help on the subject. I have also been to various websites looking for advice and have found no information at all, apart from don't do it of course! I went to a phone shop and their advice was to use PC Companion to reset the phone but of course I need to mount the phone in order that the software sees it. I am resigned to resetting the phone as the solution as I am backed up but even if I reset I will still need the gmail info to enable all of the Google features. I know it is the result of being a dufus but it seems like a bit of a terminal cul-de-sac at the moment.

I has install some games either from the market or through the web but somehow my phone suddenly cannot detect my SD Card. On the status bar it stated 'Remove SD Card. Insert a new one". Why this is happening? I've tried to check the card through computer and all the data still there. I've format the SD Card with fat 32 and recheck again. With the latest update adding the close all button back, but unremovable, I'm slightly annoyed.
Could we have the option to block or hide the package as we did on KitKat? Or at least move the button so its not right under your thumb.
People shouldn't be compulsively closing all apps, messes with androids memory management.
