Hi, I haven't had my X10 for longer than 3 months and it's already 'died' on me, when I charge it, I know my phone picks it up as it flashes red as it does when it's charging when low on battery. My phone doesn't charge. I'm not sure whether it's a battery or hardware problem.

I've just tried using my z3 for the first time underwater at only a few inches depth and after just taking a few pictures the screen just went completely black and now after leaving it a few hours to dry its won't even charge or turn on at all!

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've had Xperia Z2 for almost two months now, today when I was at work I noticed that it was off, although it had more than 40% of battery still remaining. I tried turning it back on but as it didn't work I figured something was wrong with it.
I tried hard reset and it did vibrate three times, but it still wouldn't turn on. I thought something drained the battary and waited till I got home to charge it. Now that I am at home it doesn't even charge, none of the LED lights work, it won't connect to pc companion either and hard reset now does nothing (as in, it doesn't vibrate 3 times anymore).
I tried volume up/down+power button combination, hard reset, held the reset button for longer than 15 sec, I removed sd card and sim, nothing works the phone is just lifeless. I haven't dropped it or used it intensely, it never overheat or anything of that sort.
I have installed Lollipop but PC Companion insist an update exist i ended with a Software update failed boot message, my error was try to update with battery with 65% of charge. And cannot remember what happen but i ended with the Software update failed error, and the phone switch off and on and off and on with the same message, i read other post about turn off and charge, but i turn off with the little red button to force it but if i connect the magnetic cable or the usb cable to power it turn on again, i force to turn off and and the phone turn on again (with the message of failed update).
View 5 Replies View RelatedMy phone was working perfectly alright last night but lost charge so went go charge it as normal from the wall socket but it did not charge at all and not even the red power light showing. Thought I'd give it another go in the morning but no, just the red light on but no power. Now it still has the red power light show up but then after about 30 mins a battery sign shows that is different to the last battery sign that it had before so was wondering if the system has updated automatically???? Turns on but shows main screen for a millisecond and switches straight off saying 0% battery even though its been charging a good while.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi have bought my x10 mini and i am update it from android 1.6 to android 2.1 by myself using sony PC companion. yes , i am able to install it in about 1 hour , i have notice that the battery consumption after the update is terrible, battery would not recover although the screen is turn off , battery temperature is about 34 deg celcius.I am then turn off all the data transfer , wifi , GPS, background process , kill all the running app application and measure the battery consumption rate !!! it give me 20 minute/percent of battery which is very not desired ! For "my" X10 mini SE 2.1 update ecleair got bug on CPU management, it run continously without going to sleep mode!

Now it can´t turn it on if i try to turn it on it shows the regular boot (sony xperia shows up) and the the screen goes black.
Tried to repair it with pcc but on the stage that i should connect the usb cable to the phone and press the down button nothing happens. So what to do?
For the second day in a row, I woke up to a completely dead phone that will not charge. The battery was completely charged before I went to sleep so I didn't leave it on the charger. When I found that it was dead I put it on the charger but it shows no signs of charging. The red light came on once when I first connected it and never again after that. I had to use a friends old blackberry battery to get it working the day before but now his battery is in the same condition.
