Xperia X10 :: It Won't Turn On And Unable To Charge It
Nov 6, 2010Hi, I haven't had my X10 for longer than 3 months and it's already 'died' on me, when I charge it, I know my phone picks it up as it flashes red as it does when it's charging when low on battery. My phone doesn't charge. I'm not sure whether it's a battery or hardware problem.

Mar 27, 2012When I plug in the apple charger nothing will happen. On occaision if I shake the cord it will charge but then I can't touch it or it stops charging. This is a brand new charger that was working.

May 19, 2012My iphone 4 will not charge. I know that the cable and charger work fine because I can charge my iPod touch with it, however when I plug the phone it shows the plug icon on the battery ( the one that is supposed to show up when the phone is fully charged and is just pluged in) but it shows that it has 2-3 % battery and will not charge at all. the battery percentage just drops down then the phone turns off but it will turn on again but still will not charge. the baterry just stays red. this really annoys me because it looks as if it were charging but it is not. i have also tried to turn the phone off reset it and all that but it will not work.should i just take it in to the apple store or can i fix this?

Apr 7, 2011Is there a known issue with the 9300 not charging. I purchased my first in December 2010 by mid Feb 2011 it had stopped charging. I returned the phone to my carrier in the uk 3. The phone was unrepairable and was replaced under warranty. Now the replacement phone has the same problem but they are saying that it is a user issue and not a warranty issue. If they are to repair it, I need to pay £119 which is ridiculous as I could buy a new one for £179. They have told me that the charging connection is damaged on one of the internal terminals.

Jun 16, 2011in d past few months, i've had to charge my battery using a desktop charger. I've tried using my wall charger. I've tried using my wall charger and usb but it doesn't work. I even changed my charger thinking it had a fault. Now the thing is, when I plug my phone, the lightning bolt appears indicating dat its charging and den it goes of after about 2 minutes. I've tried unplugging and replugging several times and even done the battery pull a couple of times all to no avail. i thought it mite be dat der was something wrong with the charging port but whenever i plug it to my computer to transfer songs in mass storage mode,it works just fine. And I do everything i want to do without a hitch. please what else can i do?

Sep 28, 2011Obtained my Droid3 two weeks ago and I'm now finding that it will not charge.Long story short: I did not charge my device for 2 days straight, upon complete epletion of the battery's power I hooked it upto the wall charger and noticed that the screen turned on with the droid symbol and subsequently the charging icon. I left it to charge, and after a while when it was upto 15% I attempted to turn it on by pressing the power button (without holding it down), which caused the screen to go black and ceased the charging.ow whenever I try to charge the device via the wall charger, the white charging LED (between the microUSB and miniHDMI inputs) turns on occasionally and remains there for an hour, after which it goes off again. When I try to charge via the computer the same thing happens, except after 45min or so of charging, the device repeatedly connects and disconnects from the computer USB (the usb connection and disconnection sounds ping repeatedly until I unplug the device). This also happens when I try and turn on the device while charging via USB.
Normally after 45min of charging from the computer the device will turn on, with the Droid logo appearing and system activated. Now it will not turn on at all.I have tried removing the battery from the device for at least a min and then recharging, I've also tried removing and re-inserting the battery while the Droid3 is connected to the charger to no avail. To replicate the situation, I've left the battery without charging for a period of 48 hours, and then tried to charge it again via wall charger; same problem: the white LED turned on for about an hour and then went out. The device did not turn on this time. My suspiscions are on the battery..The phone is a great piece of hardware and I've grown to love it, yet I had honestly no idea it would be susceptible to such trivial conditions 3 weeks out of the box. I've ordered an extended battery just in case
X8 :: XPeria Won't Charge From USB
May 25, 2011Since some time ago i've noticed that my X8 stopped charging from USB. When i first got the phone, it charged fine. I've charget it from USB couple of times, but mainly used the outlet charger.Now when i connect the USB it starts to drain battery even more and continues to do so untill i restart the phone. I've tried different cables with same result. When i connect the phone it shows an usual popup asking what i would like to do. regardles of what i choose i get the same result.
On some forum i've encountered a tip to remove the SD Card and try to charge the phone. I did that. At first it looked like it really started to get the charge. (level 72%, I'm using battery monitor widget and it showed that the current changed positive.But after a few minuted it stopped doing so and turned negative again. (Level 66%) i've restarted the phone, and the level dropped to 62%...Some time ago i've changed the stock 2GB card to a 16Gb kingston card.
