I set up for a sync. My phone bookmarks syncs but contacts and calendar will not. There are no error messages or anything. Is there a reason for this?
In fact things on Sony Ericsson sync calendar end up on my phone but things on my phone don't get to my web calendar
How can I sync the calender and contact in my at&t C905a to the new at&t Xperia X10? On AT&T's site,it says to use PC Suite,which I already have in my notebook pc to back up and sync with Outlook in my pc. Is this true? And why can't I sync using SE Sync? Is it because the phone (C905a) is locked out?

I have all my contacts in SE sync however i cannot log in . When i try to log in into SE sync from phone , after typing username and password and pressing ( touching ) log in , nothing happens .
View 9 Replies View RelatedI've just re-updated my X10 Mini to see if it would run any smoother. Since then I cannot access the Sony Ericsson sync. I've tried adding the account in settings > Accounts & sync > Add account > Sony Ericsson sync, it goes to the Sont Ericsson login screen and will not go past that after I have enterewd my details, or5 it redirects me to the login to the website dashboard. I'm getting no opportunity to authorise the account and now I cannnoot sync my contacts as I don't use the Google account for that.

It has performed a sync today but only the contacts have done this successfully along with one event on my calander. On my phone, I have a message stating that 'sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly'. The problem is that it has said this for around four weeks. I follow the step by step instructions on this site, but I only get to the point when they tell me I will receive an SMS with instructions, after I give my phone type and phone number. As nothing happens, I tried "manual setup". Then, all I see is "Manual Setup", completely blank, with no instruction whatsoever! All I can click is "Done", but nothing can be done if I don't receive the sms and if there are no instructions for manual setup. How is that supposed to work? This site is a joke! I would be done sooner copying all my contacts one by one into the new phone or sending them one by one via Bluetooth!

Checked SYNC but Spiro doesn't come up in the list of the phones. Some forum digging made me realize that Spiro is also not compatible with PC Suite too. Will Spiro support PC Suite/Online Sync in the near future or SE? Except for some connector issues my W200i had worked brilliantly. I wanted Spiro to tide some time till I get an android from SE only. I have advocated SE to the point of being labeled a fanboy and now this. I am having serious doubt about SE's commitment towards its consumers.

I'm trying Settings->Application->Messaging->SyncEmail but after completing all the steps nothing happens. I've read about RoadSync but I don't have it on my phone (got it from Vodafone Italy), and it doesn't seem fair to have to pay for something I definitely expect a smartphone to be able to do for free. 1) How could I have avoided this problem?
2) How can I get my contacts back? They are not in my google contacts.
3) Is there any way to turn off the sync order in Ericsson Sync so that the latest update does NOT overwrite the other. The trouble is that if I am to add all my lost contacts "by hand" in Ericsson Sync, and thereafter delete the few contacts still on my phone, then the deletion is the latest event - and that will overwrite my additions in Ericsson Sync... I am really bothered by this Ericsson Sync - I can´t really se the point of it, have I missed something?
syncing my mini pro to google - especially calendar and contacts, theese are the two most important features of the phone for me. In the past but more often recently (actually every time I sync via internet connection), I get theese notifications: am using Bussines Calander Free app as my calendar app. Could this be issue with PC Companion or with BCF?

View 1 Replies View RelatedFrom time to time, I experience that my Xperia X10 does not automatically sync e-mail accounts (using the supplied/standard e-mail application). I've set up a number of e-mail acocunts (6) with different update rates ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. I can go in to one of the accounts, whereby it syncs and I can see that I have received a number of new e-mails (for a period more than 6-12 hours, without receiving any type of notification.
This is really annoying since I miss important emails. What can be done to ensure that they sync automatically and that I receive notifications?
I bought the X10 mini pro simply because I love SE phones and I wanted to have my office e-mail with me where ever I go but I have been so disappointed.It's never been possible tp set up my e-mail on the Roadsync application from Android 2.1 there is this error -1002 that I get any time I try to Synchronize my mails and this is getting me crazy; one of the most important reason I bought the the X10 mini pro - get my corporate e-mails is becoming impossible. When it is connected on WiFi, it does sync all my emails but immediately it is switched to 3G all the mails in the inbox disappears and it's not able to sync again.

View 9 Replies View RelatedIf I fill out the address and birthday fields on the web site contacts page. Sync to my phone fails. If I fill out the address field on my phone, then it doesn't complete the relevent fields on the web site. The address fields on the web site are different to the phone and fields on the site are not supported by the phone's address book.
It seems like the two are running different software and are slightly incompatible
