I have Win 7 with office 2010 and i can't sync my Satio with outlook contacts and calendar. I installed the Sony Ericsson PC Suite 6.0 but the program do not recognize that i have office installed in my computer. It lets me sync only the bookmarks. I attached a print screen of the program sync settings.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI got my satio in may and didnt even have it for a month before things went wrong. firstly, i was never able to send a MMS to a virgin mobile phone. and then i wasnt able to send a text message to anyone. i called SE and they did all this stuff and called my carrier AT&T and nothing was wrong with my service because i put my SIM in my old phone and was able to send MMS and SMS. so SE said i had to send my satio in for repair(why they didnt just replace the phone i have no idea) and now i am waiting for parts. its been 2 weeks since i sent my phone in. and now i hear there isnt going to be another update? theres slight problems with this phone that if were fixed, it would beat the iphone and droid by a mile. i was just getting used to my satio and then i had to return it. they say i probably wont get it back until the 8th of july. thats just crazy in my opinion. why didnt they just replace the phone? when i looked into the satio as my new phone it looked so cool and when i got it i was so amazed by it. i even got a manuel in a different language, had to call SE and they said they wont send me an english manuel and that i should just look it up on their website since they update the software a lot...well apparently they dont since they havent updated it in months. to say the least, i am disapointed in SE with their future of the satio.

However, now every time I open the desktop software or try to manually sync, it reads the calendar entries but then I get the following error message: "One or more configured folders is not available. Update folder mapping and try again."

Please check server access or provide valid password.I am not on Exchange server just a stand alone outlook. This worked fine before the upgrade to 2010.

I have been unable to sync my BB ever since and after reading through the message boards have discovered I am not alone. I downloaded the latest BB update which I understood would make my BB and Office compatible.I don't know if the problems are related to BB and Office not being compatible or if there is another problem with my computer. This is what I have done and am encountering: downloaded BB update version 6.0.0.43; BB would not recognize Outlook when I tried to organize my Contacts and Address Book. I have tried repairing and subsequently uninstalling then reinstalling this update a few times.
- gave up and downloaded CompanionLink; Received error message "Click-to-run Outlook lacks API capability. You must install Outlook on your PC for sync". I sought help from CompanionLink but continue to have no luck. The "Add-Ins" link in my BB Desktop Software was available when I first downloaded CompanionLink but has now disappeared and I don't know how to get it back. I did try repairing the BB update to see if this would resolve it.- in the BB Desktop Software Applications tab, it states BB 5.0.0 System Software version 5.0.0 and Core Application Version 5.0.0. are required but it does not give me the capability to install it. I thought the version 6.0.0.43 update replaced version 5.0.0. I don't know if this is relevant or if it matters.

The colorful do not move when the music player is playing a track. Settings tab should be more simply and independent from other applications. More themes. A design just like Aino. And some many other things. That all users of Satio phones can suggest in this post.

Android-Sync - can't get it installed. (Sent error log to their tech support.).
AkrutoSync - doesn't update changes in Outlook. When I hit "sync now" the edited contacts say "synched" at current time, but nothing changes. ALSO: All calendar events are doubled.
