Can't see the online contacts in the social phonebook (facebook contacts)!! When I click the online contacts filter in the left hand top corner it shows me no contacts!
View 1 Repliesis it possible with some sort of addon or setting to only show my sim contacts in my phonebook, the timescape stuff and all is fine, i just dont want a bunch of peoples emails that i have written once. It is starting to annoy me a bit, so 1. is there a setting i can find on my phone to do it, 2. is there some kind of program/addon to do it or 3. is it possible for you guys to make a softwareupdate so to add the option only to show simcard contacts?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI used to have the contact pictures in my phonebook as the pictures that my friends use as their facebook profile picture. This is not now happening and I can't re-set it. I did remove my facebook account briefly from my phone, as I'm experiencing trouble using fb on my phone.
I'm sure there must be a simple way of putting the contact pictures back, but I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work
My phonebook/contacts has stopped working, so I can't call or find numbers. All this since the update, everything else seems fine at the moment.

I have observed a weird behavior of the latest Nokia Social. When I quit the application, the phone does not go offline permanently. In fact, the connection is terminated for about a second and reinitiated instantly. This behavior seems to be infinite. Terminating the connection in the connection manager does not keep the phone offline, since the connection is reinitiated instantly. The only way to revert the phone in a normal offline state is to restart it.
I have reinstalled the application - no luck.
I have observed this issue after running an update on both Symbian (Anna update) and the Social app. I am not sure, if this is somehow related to Symbian Anna.
It would be helpful to see if the problem can be reconstructed with and without the new Symbian Anna.
This issue makes the Social app quite useless, since I don't want to restart my phone every time after running it and I do not want to drain my battery with the reconnection orgy neither.
When I saw facebook app in andriod it was Wow n then i looked at my n8 ((( i closed the app.Nokia people cant u see the difference..żdo something in apps.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently tried to edit one of my phonebook contacts and the phone wouldn't let me do it. Every time I went to "edit" nothing would happen. Not the biggest problem ever, however, now my phone won't let me add new contacts. When I go to "add to contacts" nothing happens, and occasionally my phone will freeze and I have to turn it off. I have tried taking the battery out and letting the phone reboot but still nothing.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI was wondering if anyone else experiences this problem/has a solution? My BB Storm2 will sync via Bluetooth with my 2010 Audi Q5, but it has 3 problems:
1. The Contact's Name, City, State, Zip transfer, but not the address line. Makes navigation to a contact not possible.
2. No categories come across - the Audi only shows "Personal" and "Business"
3. Company names do not show up in the directory list - all contacts labeled as companies are blank lines in the Audi and the precede people names, so I have several screens of just a phone icon before I get a person's name.
Granted, I have 17 categories, 558 contacts. I sync with a Mac (OS X 10.6.2), but don't understand how/if that should make any kind of difference.
Can someone please tell me how to to transfer the contacts or even everything I have on my LG chocolate spin phone using BitPim?Do I use the "filesystem" and if so what file is it under? My screen cracked and i'd like to at least copy my contacts to a word document or transfer them to my new phone (blackberry Bold 9700).Do i have to sync the phone itself in it's options? Since my screen is cracked i obviously can't see which menu to go in again to do so - I hope syncing this way isn't needed as BitPim already recognizes my phone.

Torch 9800 - Having problem with some of the phone contact duplicate by itself, not only 1 or couples, some contacts duplicate for more than hundreds even I'm not sync my phone. After I deleted the contacts, have only 1 left for the specific name, days after it will duplicate again.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have noticed that every time I reboot my phone once its back on all my contacts that I have loaded in my phone book since I received my blackberry (not the original phone numbers on my sim) are gone. I lose them every time. Why does that happen? All my contacts are actually missing but I can still save my sim contacts back onto my face but seriously this is annoying and not why I got this phone so I can spend 30 min getting my numbers visible again and also losing all new. I have to now save them on paper.

When I'm entering Names from menu, english ones are ok, but russian contacts displays as only first 5 symbols and then "...". When I enter contact - it displays everything normal.

I couldn't export all my contacts onto my sim card from my old phone because it died, so I've been trying to add them manually. View 2 Replies View RelatedI've only had my phone a few days and I'm trying to get everything formatted but I cannot seem to get pictures on all my contacts.In timescape and my phonebook there are only half a dozen pictures (facebook profile pictures) to my entries and plenty of people in my phonebook who have FB accounts. I've even been through and used their full names to try and help connecting the two.I don't want to add all my friends from FB to my phonebook, just include the pictures of the ones already there. There doesn't seem to be a pattern of the ones that are showing and all the others that aren't.
