I can't use my phone while it's charging and it randomly calls people or sends text messages while its plugged in. This is not only annoying - but its costing me money.
View 3 RepliesI purchased an X10 mini three days ago and I've had nothing but trouble. It took three hours to finally get it to recognize my SIM chip. Now when I connect to the charger (PC and wall socket), it'll start charging and the light will turn orange but it will spontaneously shut off. As has been pointed out elsewhere, the phone won't charge unless so it's on, so you can see how this is a problem. I haven't been able to get the battery to fully charge (the best I've gotten is to 75%) and it gives it still gives it's status as discharging when it's hooked up. To add insult to injury, once the phone shuts off, I need to repeatedly press the on button (sometimes in conjunction with the home button) to get it to turn on. I'll get a little vibration and then nothing happens. I need to try about a dozen times before it'll finally respond. Do I need to return the phone for being defective or is there something I can do? I've had SE phones for the last six years, but this is enough to make me switch to another brand.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI got my Z3 2 months ago. I had no problem charging it before, it used to charge fine but after 3 weeks, it started to act strange during charging process. Even if the phone is plugged in fine, the phone charges for few minutes then stops charging again. The charging LED light turns off and when i check the phone, theres no charging signal. But sometime it charges fine without disconnecting.
I thought it was my charger's problem and i tried 2 more new chargers and its still the same. I was running 4.4.4 when this problem occured so i was guessing maybe it was software related issue. I updated to 5.1.1 but the problem still exists. I am using USB cable to charge it. It happens with both the wall charging and PC charging, I even tried factory resetting but no luck. I don't use wireless charging or any charging dock, only USB cable.
Is there any way to configure your blackberry so that it sends a missed all notice/phone number or sends the voice mail message if the caller leaves one to outlook.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen sending sms on my Sprint 4s it sometimes sends multiple messages when I use less than 160 characters, by splitting them up. Sometimes the second text is just one word. This happens when I send messages to people on both Sprint and other carriers. When sending the message my 4s makes the sound of sending more than one message as if I had typed over the 160 character limit. How can I stop this??

Up until a couple of weeks ago it worked fine. now it will only send regular text messages. I have a good wifi and/or 3G connection, the receiver has an iphone, switched it on-off in the settings and I triend to reset my apple ID.

Searching the web I found at[URL]that downloading an illegal version of of the game 'Mosquitos' cuses infection with a a Trojan that infects the phone and sends the costly SMS messages without the owner realizing, but I did not install this illegal program, what I did download from Ovi store was a program called 'mosquito repellant', could this be the cause of trogen infection?

Recently spent a long time outdoors in the rain, but phone was never wet. Got home and when I tried to charge it, it wouldn't work. Then when I finally got it to charge (left it overnight) it had only charged to 50% and would stop immediately after reaching 50%. Now the "USB connector connected" notification randomly shows up, even when the phone is not connected to anything. Several seconds later it says it's disconnected. Is the phone damaged, or is it my charger? Just bought another battery on amazon and an external charger in case it's the phone. I read somewhere to hard reset it but I have too much stuff to back-up. If nothing else works, I'll have to do it, but I'm saving that as a last resort.

I have tried a soft and hard reset, and I have just noticed that there is a firmware upgrade available. I am in the process of charging my battery.
Recently I have noticed that my g3 will randomly stop vibrating on tap (haptic feedback) and also at other times stop vibrating when New messages come in. I have already confirmed settings are set correctly and that the vibrate power is turned all the way up. If I soft reset the phone it fixes it. I am assuming this is a software problem bc it can vibrate so that's not hardware right? I have read that others have experienced it but not recently... I am not rooted and I am on a Verizon g3... I already hard reset the phone and it happened again...
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Galaxy S6 has been great except for one huge problem I've noticed. Random text messages disappear. And they don't just disappear inconspicuously.. they disappear AS I'M READING THEM.
I will get a message, open up the messaging app, start reading it, get halfway through it, and BAM, the message vanishes and it never comes back.
Restarting the phone doesn't bring it back, it's just gone. I know that some messages disappear because I SEE them disappear, but what gets me is how many messages have a missed that have been sent, and my phone just makes them vanish before I read or even notice them?

For the past 2 days ive gone crazy over this! When i click the home button twice, i can see a few old messages but when i click on it, it wont lead me to them. So im guessing its in my phone still just not in messages.I need those texts back!

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100, it's started erasing my messages and call logs. When it starts doing it, it will delete messages before I even have a chance to recieve them, or read them. It will also freeze up while loading some applications.I've checked my memory and it says I have 11379836 bytes free. I have a memory card so the only things saved on the phone are the defaults and one picture. The only way to fix the messages thing is to take the battery out for a few minutes but it ends up doing it four or five times within a day.

I know for sure there was a full sentence before the "it" (saw it on the sender's phone), and that didn't include any weird character/emoji.

I have a W595, today my contacts on my phone randomly disappeared. I switched the phone on and off a few times but they didn't come back. Then a few minutes later all of my messages disappeared! So now I have no contacts and no messages. I got my mum to call my phone and it just came up as her number, I then pressed to view my call list and it said it was empty!

View 5 Replies View RelatedIt seems that the messaging widget rarely/randomly displays new text messages. This is after updating to build 4.5.91 through the SOAK testing. Is anybody else having these issues? It shows my corporate sync messages immediately and with no issues, but the SMS usually lag behind by a few minutes or never display in the widget at all.

i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.
