I am unable to use Whatsapp on my Xperia Neo L. When I try to verify my phone number it says "unable to connect. please check that you are connected to the internet and try again". But internet is working fine. I am unable to uninstall and re install the application as it is preloaded and ca not be uninstalled.

My BBM, Twitter and Facebook are working fine however, my internet and WhatsApp isn't. When I click on WhatsApp, it just says "Initialization can take up to 5 minutes" and when I click to use the internet, it just says "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later".
I've had the phone for 2 years and have never had this problem before. I currently have the WhatsApp free trial which expires in August so I don't want to delete and re-install incase it charges me?
My email stopped updating. Everything else works though.

For the past couple of days, I've been unable to use my BB's Browser or GPS functions. Whenever I try to connect to the BB Browser, I get a timeout error. None of my bookmarks are able to connect either. I've tried switching between the different settings in browser configuration settings (BIS, hotspot, wifi, IE, Firefox, etc) to no avail. I also have a wifi set up at home and even though it was working flawlessly a couple of days ago, it will no longer connect to any wifi. In addition, the GPS function is not working on any of the apps that use GPS (Both BB and Google maps, weatherbug, poynt).
Here's the kicker: Everything else is working great. I'm getting all of my emails from all of the emails I have configured with the device (my work email through the BES, forwarded from a comcast address, and from my *@vzw.blackberry.net address) and all of my apps seem to be working fine. I've got facebook, ubertwitter, ebay, weatherbug, poynt, and a couple of others and they're all able to update wirelessly.
I've tried going through a new enterprise activation, I've updated everything through the desktop manager, and I've re-registered the device on the network. I'm iffy on whether I've actually pushed all of the service books to the device again because I can't login here: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw. Whenever I try to, it tells me I have use my device's BIS. Well, that's my problem. I can't use my device's BIS. Also, I have one WiFi host routing table and about a hundred Verizon host routing tables. I'm not sure which ones I should delete, as I've read, in order to get it download a new one.
The only thing I've really noted that appears to be a problem is that when I go to Options -> Status, the device's IP Address is 0.0.0.0. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be like that or not. I know from regular internet usage on a desktop, if you don't have an ip address on the network, you can't get on the internet. Does that ring true for the BB as well?

I bought an unlocked BB Storm 2 9550 from India (to be fair, it is a US Verizon BB Storm 2 9550 which has been unlocked). I used it for a week while I was in India on an Indian service provider (Airtel) and everything (email, bb messenger, browser, apps, etc) worked fine - the top right corner showed EDGE. It worked fully well in India.
Then I came to UK a few days ago and put my Vodafone UK sim in it; I sent the registeration request from the Host Routing Table menu (which was confirmed). I even registered my email on mobileemail.vodafone.net. Now the email is working fine and so is the BB Messenger. BUT I am unable to use the internet such as through the browser and the apps (facebook, bloomberg, time magazine, etc.). The top right corner says 3G (and sometimes GSM when I am on a call).I have spoken several times to the Vodafone tech staff and in the end they said that there was nothing they could do.
On the Vodafone tech staff's suggestions I have tried: deleting and reinstalling the service books (except provisioning), several battery pulls, I even tried putting back the old OS .320 (I currently have the leaked .428 version installed - in India my blackberry worked well on both versions).
Additional notes: I do not have the Vodafone Live! icon in my menu, My browser settings only show "hotspot browser" - there is no option as "internet browser" - I am guessing that will only appear when the bb internet starts working.I hope that is all the information you need.I will be very grateful if you can help me start the internet/gprs on my phone!
My C7 has issues with messages. Whenever I send a message it says for example "resend at 7:43" and at 7:43 it will say "resend at 7:46" and so on. I resolved this issue by software formatting but this issue is here again.

2G Signal not working.I have had my BB Torch Since November last year, I have been working away from home alot and never had any problems with signal. It has always been on 3G set up on my phone.Due to a new little family member i have had time off from my work and been staying with my family, I have noticed that the signal in my house on 3G is not great. I switched it over to 2G on my handset and noticed it gets NO SIGNAL at all. I went out side and still the same no signal on 2G but soon as i change it over to 3G its fine.In the past i have had the Bold 9000 and it was set up on 2G & 3G so it would change over to which is stronger.I got my old bold out and have tried my sim in it and it works on 2G with no problems.Is there a fault in the torch with 2G signals?
Have had my phone about two weeks. Siri was working fine last night. This morning it is not. Trying to use it to do an email - the microphone lights up and it appears as if it is recording - the little dots appear - but it does not write out what I said. I have tried disabling siri and turning off phone and then turning back on and nothing works.

i just purchased a replacement bb bold 9000 off ebay (it's an unlocked at&t handset that i bought after my bb bold got stolen... total bummer) and it was working fine all week up until last night when it stopped being able to handle incoming and outgoing calls and texts. The internet and email functions still work which is very peculiar. also some further info, when i put my sim card into another handset (in this case a nokia e65) all my normal call functions work and when i put another sim card in the bold the same thing happens (when i try to make a call it instantly pops up with a call failed warning). another thing is the bold shows full service coverage... currently the bold about shows... v4.6.0.304 (Platform 4.0.0.247) im on australia and for some reason i cant update the os to v5

When I use this usb charger on my pc it works perfectly fine, but when I use it on my laptop it doesn't work. When I use it on my laptop it says "charging" for about 2-3 seconds, and then I get the message "not charging". Now I tried looking this up and found out that Nokia chargers usually have a current of 800 mA meanwhile usb's are usually 500 mA. Is there a way to raise the usb current to 800 mA? Also why is it working on my pc and not my laptop. My laptop is newer than my pc and it definitely isn't a hardware problem or anything wrong with my laptop. Possibly there's a setting I must change? It worked on my friends toshiba laptop as well. My pc and laptop are both Compaq.

I finally fixed it after reinstalling the OS a couple times but now I've noticed the 'clicking' function of the trackpad is not working. When I press it down nothing happens. I hought maybe the bttery had one and bought another but no difference. I i plug charger in the red light comes on for about 60secs and goes off, followed by the red light going on an off 10 times.Also, all memory and rivers seem to have gone because i also couldn't get the phone to link to the laptop either. I've taken it to 2 repair shops, 1 guy says he can fix it for £20 whereas another guy says once satios software goes, that's it. Who do i believe?

The alignment is totally random. On the touchscreen keyboard some keys are right on. and some off to the left and just a few off to the right. Screen alignment just keeps trying and I have to reboot. So I dropped my S2 on coffee table yesterday evening, it was working fine but was coloured blueish on the edge of screen. Since then, i've been facing problems. I have asked the people at Vodafone Customer Care to provide me Settings for VMC. But whatever i do, my Preferred Access Point does not change from Vodafone Live! to Vodafone Mobile Connect. I have even tried creating a Personal Setting with the Account Name as 'www'. But it doesn't help. I am able to set the Default Config Sett. as 'Vodafone Connect' , but the Preferred Access Pt. is always Vodafone Live! I know Whatsapp requires VMC to run, so what can i do to get it back?
