i have an xperia neo V, after i make an update over the air on my phone, the cellphone now got stucked on a logo with a box and an arrow, with four little dots below it. And it disconnects, just when i turn it again this logo appear, and the phone disconnects again. What can i do? I try connect to the pc, but it's the same.

I tried to update my Iphone 5 software over wifi.Â
On doing so the phone went into recovery mode after showing just 30% download on the bar and has been stuck the same way for past 2 hours.Â
What can I do to make it work again?
I got a new blackberry pearl and connected it for the first time to the laptop, it said there were upgrades available so I clicked yes and now I am very sorry. 3 hours have passed and it is stuck on "Back up third party applications". What can I do? I don't want to disconnect the phone in case it damages it. The phone itself is actually working, making and receiving calls and all the apps and info are still ok, just terrified to disconnect incase it dies.

Basically, my phone asked me to reset up (do not know why?) and I pressed 02 Pay Monthly by mistake, I meant to press 02 Pay as you go. And now, I can not access the internet on my phone unless using wifi, even then can't use a few apps such as faceback app. Anyone know how to change this?

I was not able to open the SMS by tapping on the envelope icon on the notification, however I am able to clear it from the notification. View 3 Replies View RelatedLast night i stuck my x10 on charge but this morning it was off so i pressed the power button,it started to power up with the black screen and the white se logo but just that now all it dose is get to the se logo then that goes off and comes back on again,it is doing that all the time.I connected it to the se pc suite but as soon as it "sees"the phone it looses it again so i can not update it.At the mo i have a black screen (no logo) the green light is on all the time and the se suite says "connected to sony ericsson phone,but the phone softwere update has stoped on prepare and is saying "please wait" been like that for about 15 mins.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have an X8 with the 2.1 Android update, I have noticed that if I try to download something using my wi-fi internet while the phone is connected to the PC then the download gets stuck, any further downloads also dont progress and it is not possible to even cancel the downloads in such a case. Only solution I have found is doing a factory reset. But I am afraid it might happen again, if I download apps while the phone is connected and I dont want to have to reset it again.

I have tried more than 4 times with different PCs to repair the phone with PCC but anytime i try i get an error message shown below.I dont know why it has to be like this, because this is not my first time repairing my x8 and even though sometimes i do get an error message but when i try for the second time it works.My Phone is not "Dead" and i seriously need help. I was thinking, maybe this error is because of my internet connection or my pc, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
View 8 Replies View RelatedWhile attempting to update to 2.1 through SEUS, the installation failed, telling me that my battery was too low. The phone is now stuck in flash mode, the SE logo flashes for a brief moment, then I am met by a screen with a phone and an Exclamation Point in a triangle for awhile, then the phone restarts and does it again.
I have obviously tried removing the battery and trying again. SEUS has the same result every time I attempt this. I have also installed PC Companion, and one of two things happen 1) PC Companion completely hangs my Win7 (32bit) machine, or 2) Prepares to repair the phone, and while 'preparing', an error pops up and directs me to the webpage.
I woke up this morning to find that my phone had restarted itself over night, Thought nothing of it until 15 mins later I came back to it and it was still stuck in start up on the waves. It wont turn off or do anything when any of the buttons are pressed. The notification light is orange (dont know if that means anything).

I have since unplugged it and I am leaving to drain the battery hopefully that will do something...
My Z3 will not come out of airplane mode. Tried every thing including a complete reset to basics.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI decided to upgrade my Xperia Pro (SI 1252-5232, it´s in the list) to ICS. the Sony PC Companion sees the phone and writes an update to version 4.1.B.0.587 is possible, so i click on agree, it downloads the SW to the PC, and than it TURNS OFF THE PHONE and shows a step-by-step guide how to update (1. disconnect USB cable from phone and PC, 2. battery must be +50%, 3. turn off phone and wait 5 sec.->>???WTF? how can i turn it off when "it" turned it off itself? 4. connect USB cable to PC, 5. hold "back" key and connect phone to USB). I tried it several times, with MTP and MSC mode, disconnected it, turned off, waited 5 secs, pressed "back" and connected" maybe 5 times all the possible ways, but it simply does nothing when I press the back button and connect it, only the LED is green.
I´am doing wrong? How long should I press the back button, which phone-settings are required, where could be the error?
i got the thing on my phone about a week ago that said a new software update was available. i didnt download it then. and now when i plug my phone into my computer the PC Companion says its up to date and im at 2.1.

Serial-Nr. is SI 1242-0705 and I believe there more X8 from these series which can't upgrade. Update Service and PCC say the phone's software is the newest available. Built is 1.3.A.0.50.
