my xperia play has a problem. i installed a rom and my phone rebooted but got stuck in the se logo. i tried lots of things to fix it but nothing has worked.tried pc companion, update service,flashtool and other stuff but it doesnt work.
View 9 RepliesLast night i stuck my x10 on charge but this morning it was off so i pressed the power button,it started to power up with the black screen and the white se logo but just that now all it dose is get to the se logo then that goes off and comes back on again,it is doing that all the time.I connected it to the se pc suite but as soon as it "sees"the phone it looses it again so i can not update it.At the mo i have a black screen (no logo) the green light is on all the time and the se suite says "connected to sony ericsson phone,but the phone softwere update has stoped on prepare and is saying "please wait" been like that for about 15 mins.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy phone looks like a tiny brick now. I can't reset it, I can't upgrade/fix/repair because it's stuck at the SE logo. It happened after internet browsing I've been prompted to forcefully close the browser, then later on it wants me to close the SE home app, then finally it's reset and I can only see until the SE logo.
I tried removing the battery for more than 10 secs, pluggin the usb cable while pressing back - still can't connect to pc. I tried holding down power+home, nothing.
Is there a hard reset button somewhere I can use? I'd rather reset everything with all my data than send it over to SE support since that means it'll take weeks with no phone

I first noticed that my menu button wasn't working, so i switched it off and on again, it turned on in safe mode (still with the menu button still not working) with all of my downloaded apps greyed out. I thought it might have been an app acting up so i uninstalled them all. Alas no luck, now even if i am to download an app, and install it it doesn't even appear anywhere on my phone.
View 4 Replies View RelatedToday I noticed a tiny x over my signal bars. I went to settings phone about and the settings give me a popup stating it crashed and I had one option [force close]. After a reboot a tiny display at the top right appeared " (No Service) "
I rebooted the phone several times, checked every setting the phone would allow (couldn't go to airplane mode -just info here) and still had the same problems.
Decided to go ahead and reset the phone (w/o wiping the SDcard). The inital screen came up to choose your language - no problem I clicked English The next screen was the cute green android wanting me to touch his tummy.... sigh No matter how many times I touch his tummy he just stays there. I have reset this phone previously with no issues at all.
Things I have tried:
Multiple reboots (20+) Removed the battery for 30 minutes and tried again Removed the SDcard and tried again Held down various combinations of buttons while rebooting Always it comes up with the droid wanting his tummy touched..
i cannot open my xperia play, it stuck at Sony Erricsson Text, but i can open it when i connect it to PC or charge it, but when i remove the usb chord or charger it restart right away, and it will stuck again in sony ericsson text, why my xperia become like this?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI've been reading posts of various people with the similar issue but I've started to see a trend. I've jailbroken about 5 phones and recently everyone except mine got stuck on the exact same apple logo of boot.
No new software was installed. The phone was working perfectly fine before it rebooted by itself. Is apple doing anything to cause this. I know this might sound stupid but a pattern gets me to think it might be true.
In my case, my phone was working perfectly and I went into the mail app to check my mail and the phone got blank and came up with the apple logo. To top it off, I don't have the ssh for my phone as It was replaced and apple stopped signing 3.1.2's. Can anyone help please.Is there anything besides restore I can try? I tried putting the phone in DFU and starting it up but it didn't help.
I was trying to fix my HTC and everything went well till i reached the lockscreen i had to go pick up my brother and when i came back it was on the reboot/factoryunlock/whatever it is screen so i did reboot and now it is stuck on the HTC logo screen i already tried holding down the power button and the vlume down buttom and nothing happened.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have galaxy s6 G920F and I can't return to stock ROM, if I flash via Odin android 5.1.1, it says successful then stops on boot screen. I also did factory rest after installing also cleared cache but nothing happens. I tried France stock ROM 5.1.1 XEF I guess also UK BTE but I got same results.. but I can install custom ROM and it works fine but I need to return my phone but can't until it's on stock ROM.
It also says dm-verity verification failed. I just need to boot with stock ROM other error or warning messages don't matter..

ROM? was that used during the jailbreaking process?
Didnt attempt to OTA (?) it just started with this out of nowhere.

By "working on and off" i mean the phone was working perfectly fine up until like a month ago when it started occasionally falling into a reboot loop. I would resolved that by factory reseting, it will work for a few days then go into the restarting again. now, after falling into yet another restart situation, and factory reseting (like the 5th time), the phone is just stuck on the HTC logo. I am able to access ClockworkMod Recovery but nothing I do inside here works... Ive factory reset and emptied every emptyable cahe I see.

I've got an S6 Australian SM-G920i version. Done the root option and done the twrp recover flash in odin however i keep getting stuck at Samsung Logo. Tried root first and then flash twrp that didn't work, tried twrp first then tried to boot to recovery to root from twrp and still no go. teamwin says it compaitible with SM-G920i version tried TWRP 2.8.6.0 and TWRP 2.8.6.2 still no go.
