I've been reading posts of various people with the similar issue but I've started to see a trend. I've jailbroken about 5 phones and recently everyone except mine got stuck on the exact same apple logo of boot.
No new software was installed. The phone was working perfectly fine before it rebooted by itself. Is apple doing anything to cause this. I know this might sound stupid but a pattern gets me to think it might be true.
In my case, my phone was working perfectly and I went into the mail app to check my mail and the phone got blank and came up with the apple logo. To top it off, I don't have the ssh for my phone as It was replaced and apple stopped signing 3.1.2's. Can anyone help please. Is there anything besides restore I can try? I tried putting the phone in DFU and starting it up but it didn't help.

I have an iPhone 3Gs that is stuck on the apple logo screen. Tried doing all kinds of restores and putting it into DFU mode but iTunes wont recognize it and will not even boot up. Just simply stuck at the apple logo screen until the phone dies.

I left my iphone in the sun by accident when i went to the beach yesterday. when i tried to turn it on the apple logo appeared then it dissolved and hasn't turned on since.i already tried holding the power button and the home button for 20 seconds, recharging it for a day, letting it cool off, hooking it up to a computer, and still nothing
my iphone 4 is stuck on the apple logo and i tried everything but nothing. it has been jailbroken by jailbreakme.com and has not been updated to the latest version. it has been charging overnight.
I have an iPhone 5 which stucks at white background - black apple logo.
I put it in DFU mode, connected to my iMac with latest iTunes version, and tried to download last fw and restore, but the following happens:iTunes is extracting the softwarePreparing iPhone for the updateWaiting for iphoneThe iPhone restarts but stucks again in apple logo.iTunes throw 4005 error.Â
If I try to re-enter DFU mode while iTunes is waiting for the iPhone, error 4013 or 4014 is thrown.
I tried with normal DFU (home + start buttons sequence), and with fast DFU (home button while plug), but nothing.
Also tried ipsw files other than the itunes downloads (7.0.2, 7.1.2), but ths same thing happens, after preparing the iphone, it restarts and stucks on apple logo.Â
My iPhone 3GS was stuck at the Apple logo today, leaving me no choice but to restore. I tried restoring back to 3.1.2, but iTunes gave me an error saying that the iPhone is not eligible for that requested build. Is it possible for me to upgrade to 3.1.3 then rejailbreak? Sn0wbreeze says it'll jailbreak 3GS at 3.1.3 with the old bootrom and non-MC. I got my 3GS around when it came out. Does upgrading bring me to a new bootrom?
Well my iphone is stuck on the apple logo! I can't lose my contacts! Is there any way I can backup what's on my phone? Is there anyway I can get my contacts?

I am stuck at the Apple screen when I rebooted and when my wifi comes up, I can ssh into the device and do "killall SpringBoard" and it will respring and then start to work but what is wrong and how can I fix it?I didn't install any new apps since the last reboot and I have reinstalled winterboard so I am not sure what the issue is.
So I have a 3gs running 4.0.1 jailbroken. I'm selling the phone tomorrow so I just did a phone reset and selected erase all data and contacts and such, and now when attempting to start up it freezes on the apple logo when the spinner thing is going around.Am I screwed and have to upgrade to 4.1 now? Tried to put into DFU mode and reinstall 4.0.1 but obviously apple doesn't allow that.
My iphone 3g is stuck on the apple logo. i have tried to get it into dfu mode a bunch of times but it will not go. and also itunes does not see it when connected...any ideas how to fix this ..i have no warranty left either
I'm not sure if this question has been asked before but I NEED HELP!! My Iphone was recently not able to sync on Itunes. Everytime I would try and sync my music it would disappear from the itues menu but still say 'syncing'. Then I tried to restore it after this failed (by getting an error message) I tried to re-jailbreak it and now it will not leave the Apple logo. I've tried everything I know, hopefully someone else knows something.I Have an Iphone 3g with 3.1.2 firmware on it I believe.
I had a fully functional Blackrained 3GS with the old bootrom (before the 40th week). What happened was After i installed some cydia Winterboard tweak, the phone got a little sluggish, so i restarted it, now its stuck at the apple logo screen !! I tried to DFU/Restore to 3.1.2 using official 3.1.2 firmware but apparently Apple doesnt sign 3.1.2 anymore, it gave that build error message u all must be familiar with ! I also tried to create a custom firmware through Pwnagetool on my mac and tried to restore through itunes (9.1.1), it gives error 1600. I am at a loss in this situation please help me !! Currently Im downloading an old version of itunes on my windows to try do the custom restore.
I have a 2G iPhone which was hacked to work with UK Vodafone. All was well until I reset all the settings today. At the end of the reset process (using the "general" section of settings) it has become stuck with the apple logo. The phone is unresponsive including all buttons. My mac doesn't recognise it when connected by usb.Google has not been helpful either.I am lost for potential solutions and was hoping someone might be able to help.
Hopefully someone can provide a step-by-step way to fix my problem without having to restore.I have a 32GB 3GS with firmware 3.1.2 (SHSH backed up on Cydia), jailbroken and unlocked using Blackra1n/Blacksn0w. I bought this phone back in July/2009 so this phone doesn't have the new bootrom.
The phone has been working fine for months. Just today, I was using the Facebook app and it looked like a call came in and was cut off. The call sent me back to the Springboard and I couldn't detect my cell network (Rogers). I brought up SBsettings and restarted the iPhone. When it restarted, it was stuck on the Apple logo. It sometimes take minutes after a crash for the springboard to come up so I waited and waited. After about 10 minutes I sense something is not right. I reset the iphone (power+home) and tried it again. No change. the iPhone is stuck at the Apple logo.
I hooked it up to my computer at work to see if the PC can recognize the phone being hooked up (and maybe I can SSH into it to fix it), but the iPhone doesn't get recognized.
So is there a way I could fix this problem without having to restore (I'm at work, so I can't do a restore until I get home tonight anyway). Also, if I'm forced to do a restore, what happens to my pictures and videos that's on my phone?
Edit: After having the iPhone stuck at the Apple logo and hooked up to the PC for the last 10 or so minutes, I see a wait icon appear frozen just below the Apple logo (they are almost on top of each other). But the wait icon is frozen and not moving. I'm not sure what this means but the iPhone seems to be stuck still.
