I want to know if someone solves all the freezes problems and random resets from this phone...I have the lastest update of my phone. Even when you don't use the phone it hangs when you get some SMS.

View 14 Replies View Relatedi bought my Aino for just 1month plus, and just yesterday, when trying to take a photo, I realised there is no "click" sound and when i proceed to take a 2nd photo, it hangs. only when i shut off and on the phone again, it goes back to normal, but after a while, when trying to take a photo again, the same thing happens and it hangs. does anyone have this problem? i called the sony erricssion call centre, but they just tell me to do a master reset everytime i ask them abt any problems, even when i encounter no ringing sound when sms comes in, the call centre aso tell me do a master reset.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Sony Ericsson Cybershot C510a was working fine for last 6/7 months.I upgraded to latest firmware 3 months back.& it was working fine. Recently I cant use the phone because: It's keypad. It acts interestingly:
Case 01: After making the phone ON, 40/50 seconds it remains OK, but when I push the down arrow in menu list or in phonebook, It keeps going down & down.
Case 02: when I click on call end button to close anything, it closes that but opens the phonbook.
Case 03: After few minutes, it's keypad freezes/hangs & display shows nothing. I cant bring back the display(Pls note: at that time, when I open the camera slider, display cames again). When a call comes, display comes but I cant receive the call.
I tried master rest, Memory card format, Update service successfully, but problem starts after few minutes.
I've tried several times to synchronise my new W995 to this site. However, the sync setup won't work. I follow the step by step instructions on this site, but I only get to the point when they tell me I will receive an SMS with instructions, after I give my phone type and phone number. As nothing happens, I tried "manual setup". Then, all I see is "Manual Setup", completely blank, with no instruction whatsoever! All I can click is "Done", but nothing can be done if I don't receive the sms and if there are no instructions for manual setup. How is that supposed to work? This site is a joke! I would be done sooner copying all my contacts one by one into the new phone or sending them one by one via Bluetooth!

When I go to Wayfinder - Plan rout - A - My Position: I get this error message as" GPS receiver does not receive signals. Please make sure that nothing is blocking the GPS signal (e.g. a roof, building, etc) and try again. I have tried it out even on ground. But is is not functioning. All my other friends can Use GPS from this place from their NOKIA cell, so that means to say that GPS is accessible in the place where I am. Why cant I use GPS.

The camera wasn't working properly a few months ago,so decided to service it but the technician told to replace it.But after a few days it started working fine again. Since last week when he receives a call he is not able to hear until he switches to loudspeaker. Today the screen has gone "WHITE" and not able to see anything. How to solve this? Will a software upgrade fix the problem??Can u suggest a suitable upgrade or a flash for it?
View 7 Replies View RelatedMy Vivaz no longer alerts me when I get a text, there is no sound or vibration, it is not on silent mode and I've checked in my message settings the volume and that a sound is supposed to play when a text arrives. The envelope that used to show at the top of the screen when I received a text no longer appears either. The only way to know if i've got a new message is to go into my inbox where it appears; the side of the phone will then flash but still no sound. I ran a software update, then a reset and software update, but neither have made any difference.

Another aspect that matters to me is the camera, it does not need to replace a normal camera, but the photos should be of a certain quality. View 2 Replies View RelatedAs the title implies, I need to ask if there are varying kinds of Sony Ericsson LCD screens for the G705 or if there are variations in models made. Nearly 6 months ago I bought a Sony Ericsson G705 phone off eBay that only needed a new LCD screen. Well I purchased a screen off eBaand was good to go except for a few minor issues...
1.) The LCD screen had a thicker screen/border than the original so I had to mod it by taking off the white border around it.
2.) The ribbon that connects the LCD screen to the G705's keypad wasn't aligned correctly causing it to disconnect from the keypad every so often. This too I had to fix by sticking some paper underneath where the connector sits. It worked after the modifications but the end result is the keypad was raised causing issues where pushing the up key would force it to push the left key too. Unfortunately after awhile the screen stopped working likely due to the fact the different layers were separating. I gave in and bought a new screen from an online dealer elsewhere just to get scammed in the end with a broken LCD screen which they refused to replace claiming I cracked it. So now I've purchased a new screen of eBay yet this one has issues too, it's thinner than the first one I got, but has the same problem where the ribbon doesn't appear to be aligned correctly either. This time however, I get some ugly dead pixels in the lower left corner of the screen and the rest is completely jumbled with white lines going through it. I've already contacted the seller for an exchange and am about to lose all hope getting this phone working. Anyway, back to the topic. Do the screens in the G705 vary from region to region or between versions? When I got it I found the phone was from Hong Kong (firmware was HK anyway.) though the manual and included paperwork suggested it was from France. The screens I have purchased seemed to have varying differences between either the thickness is too wide, the ribbon doesn't fit the correct position, or some other incompatibility. I bought this phone.
I would like the name and phone displayed on screen when a call is coming in. Any ideas. Can't find a thing in the manual.

I have to take out the battery before I can try turning it on again. And also it won't charge. I tried searching for answers but haven't found anything.
