Mar 19, 2010Ive inadvertently deleted some text messages from my w910 and need to try and get them back, ive accessed my sim card through a pc/sc compatible smart card reader but the software doesn't show ant text messages, it does show everything else though (ie contacts ) so i know the reader is working. do SE phones store text messages in the phone? if so is there anyway to retrieve deleted messages?

Aug 23, 2010I buy SE W910 about a year ago. Never get problems with it before. And about 4 days ago, I just get dead button on C (for erase character) and the next day it just get worse. Another dead buttons on left button (option), Green button (call) and Red button (ended call). Not sure why it happen.
I found in the internet forum for the same problem but not solved. Also I have friend with same phone type and problem, bring to Sony Ericsson service and they have fix it. But the problem just back in next few days. They said the problem is on the flexible. I can't make a call with it.

Jan 31, 2010Recently i noticed half of my apps n games got duplicated... and they cannot be deleted showing "operation failed" what is the cause of this? and how can this be fixed? i think its possible with formatting the memory card but i would rather avoid that.

Jan 27, 2010Okay I have tried both A2 Uploader and JDFlasher to flash my W995 but it's not working the phone is not recognized at all by the computer.
Every time it enters memory transfer mode I have installed the Gordon's Gate Setup and I make sure of turning the phone off and holding C then the application will search for the phone nothing will happen
Then the application will give up looking for the phone and then the phone enters USB transfer mode.

Oct 2, 2010I have three problems with my W995a:1) When I'm texting, the backlight keeps changing how bright it is, when I'm texting it will sometimes go quite dark then other times quite bright (not a major issue)2) When I was calling someone, the phone just turned off and I lost the call, I rung the person back, then shortly after connecting the call, they couldn't hear me so I hung up and rang again. Shortly after ringing again, the phone turned off again.3) And finally - my biggest problem right now, is that I just bought a USB cord to connect it to my computer, yet when I do, it keeps on disconnecting from my computer then reconnecting (even though it's plugged in). This makes it impossible to do anything with it.

Sep 10, 2010My 350a doesnt see the memory card.When I go to the file "file manager" and move over one to the "on memory stick" it states "memory stick not inserted"The memory card works fine, as I can remove it, insert it into a M2 adaptor, then into my PC and access/retrieve files.I have tried reinstalling the software on the phone via the update service, I have reset the phone (master reset)I have also formated the memory stick but still no success When I attach the phone to the PC via the USB cord the PC does not see the memory stick through the phone either.Is there something that I have missed or am not doing that I should be?

Nov 16, 2010I just bought W205, couse my good old W880i died on me. In start there were some broblems, because it didn´t recognise any of music files from my 2G memory card. Well i run software update, even it was up to date and hey, it allmost worked. Now the music player regognises mp3 files just fine, but files that are in m4a format, (that i got most of my music) is not regognised. It cant handle them in proper way. It shows songs names, but dont put them in proper albumwiew, and wont play them at all. That´s very weird, because i had no broblem with them on my old W880i. If i go to filehandling and browse memorycards files from there, they works just fine, but that is not actually musicplayer, isn´t it! So. How can i play my music files in this MUSIC-phone i just bought?

I've connected my phone before, but this is the first time that's it's happened. I'm pretty sure the fault lies with my computer, because my phone charges when I plug it in. I've tried plugging into every usb port that my computer has, and it doesn't make a difference. Usually, when I plug my phone in, it notifies me that it's connected to something, and it asks if I want to "mount" a connnection with it or not, it's not doing this anymore, and neither is my computer notifying me that something is plugged into it.

Jan 31, 2010My mother’s Sony Ericsson K800i died (white screen). She's got some photos on her memory stick (Memory Stick Micro) which she hadn't backed up recently. I read somewhere that someone with a white screen problem was unable to access their memory card using their PC software. So I loaned her my memory card reader and M2 adapter as I figured there'd be no problem with getting her more recent photos off the memory card.
We've tried the memory card reader in two machines: XP and Vista but it comes up with the same message about formatting the card. No way do we want to format the card because we want the data off it. Unfortunately, we don’t know anyone else who has a K800 or any phone which takes the same memory card to borrow so we get the photos off Mum’s memory card. Does anyone know of anything else we could try?

Aug 26, 2010I have a C902 mobile phone. I have a video saved on my computer which I have converted to a 3GP file and an MP4 file. I copy and paste the video into the "video" folder on my phone using the USB cable. But then the video does not appear on my phone. What am I doing wrong? I have managed to save the video on my phone now in 3GP format. It shows as a thumbnail, gives the correct length etc. But when I want to play it, it says "playback failed".
