In any other app on iOS i can click-and-hold the home button, or the "clicker" on my headphones, and I get the little "beep boop" of Siri. And I can say "what time is it?" or "call David."Â
But when I'm listening to a podcast in the podcast app, that doesn't work. It just doesn't. And it hasn't for 2 OSs now.Â
While im at home and connect to my wifi everything works fine. However when out and about it wont connect. Please help.

I have just installed the Media Go s/w for my new Experia phone (as I want to use it to play podcasts to replace my aging Zune) Trouble is when I ran the set up of Media Go, it found all my music and podcasts but sees them ALL as music (and has put nothing into the Podcasts menu (LHS panel) and found a way to make them go to the right place?
Also, when I almost gave up and tried to just set them all up again by subscribing to them insode Media Go, the choice is REALLY limited, so is no use either.

There isn't a specific forum for this in the iOS Apps category so I am putting it here.I just downloaded the new Apple Podcasts app to my iPhone 4S.[URL]I have figured out how to find and subscribe to the podcasts I normally listen to but I am not sure how to get the podcasts to download over wifi so I can listen to them later.Don't want to burn up my data plan streaming podcasts when I'm on the road.The description says that you can do this, "Stream episodes or download to listen while offline" but I am not sure if it is happening.There is no visual clue to let me know that the casts are downloading or not.Do I just need to be patient? Or am I doing something wrong.

What this currently does is orders these is the newest first order, where as if you a listening to a radio drama (like me, who listens to the Archers approx twice a week)

Why cant Siri provide directions or maps in Finland? What is the reason? If I ask "What is the weather out side?" Siri finds the weather location almost everywhere and informs me" Here is the weather information for (Name of the place)" But if I ask "Where am I?" "Siri says: Sorry I cannot provide maps and directions in Finland" And just a minute a go it gave me the weather information.And what makes it more annoying is that if I ask Siri " What's the time?" It says Sorry I don't know what time is it in ( it gives me the street address where I am). So what is this madness? If siri knows exactly where I why can not it give that information? Is there some problems with European law or something else?And why cant Google maps navigation work in Finland? If these few features would work in Europe Apple would crush Nokia like a bug.

But since a few weeks, don't know exactly since when, Siri keeps telling me, that she doesn't find a phone number or email address for abc (where abc is the name of my brother, wife, child, etc) although my contact information is set in the Siri settings and all the relations are given to my contact.
As mentioned in the community, I've turned off Siri, reset my iPhone and turned on Siri again. I've deleted all relations in my contact and set them up again. Someone suggested to delete middle names from all contacts, but I'my not using middle names. So, nothing fixed the issue yet. Â

The camera doesn't work. I open the camera application with both methods (button on side and icon in apps) but it does the red dot thing in the corner for about 4-6 seconds then disappears and applications tells me the app is running. I try to go to the app but it wont go on it.
Problem 2:
The green key, dialler and contacts icon on the home screen do not work at all. I have no way of opening my dialler as there is no option for it.
I updated my firmware to v40.0.005 last week. Please be aware the problems were both there BEFORE i made the update and are still here after the update.Is there any way of doing this without soft/hard resetting. Also, does soft/hard reset mean you lose the data in an app (eg your high scores in a game like bagatelle)?
