I have Samsung M550 from Sprint and trying to flash to Page Plus. Everything is good, then i'm at PRL file, and when i do, phone says "Digital Roaming" Has anyone flashed this phone from Sprint to Page Plus and give me directions if possible thanks in advance!

My phone and internet works fine in and around the city I live in. I went to Charlotte for the race on Saturday. It said "roaming" but I had many bars and could place calls and send and receive texts. But when I wanted to connect to the internet, it said 'Check Data restrictions 36" or something like that.

They are really small-- like 15KB/day, but it's nonetheless annoying that my Blackberry Bold 9700 is using data even though I turned it off. I use AT&T. Does anyone know why?
View 4 Replies View Relatedi'd only used the sgs2 for a couple of days before going on holiday for a couple of weekshile away i turned off data roaming (there was wifi where i was staying)ll advertised sw updates had been appliedhe sgs2 was repeatedly shutting down - not rebooting, powering off - sometimes 4-5 times in a single daya couple of times it did this just as i pressed the home key - the screen would light up, but in less than a second it went black - the phone had turned offit happened when on battery, it happened when plugged into the charger, in a case, out of a case, in my pocket, sitting on a tableried lots of things, deleting apps, reset, etc., no difference'd turn it on when i noticed, by chance i found that sometimes it powered up with data roaming enabled, all by itself, annoying, i disabled it again, then always checked after each shut down, maybe one in 4-5 times it restarted with roaming enabledow that i'm back in the uk, no more problems, hasn't shut down once in three dayssim is vodafone, the network the phone roamed to was vodafone spainaside from roaming, and turning off data roaming, nothing else changed

Being a sound engineer and involved in different aspects of music production, one of the features that made me purchasing the 5800 was the 'Digital stereo microphone' mentioned in the specifications... (quote):

I didn't find any trace of such digital mic, be it analogue or digital... the in-built mic is of course not stereo, and the mic in the remote isn't also, leave apart being 'digital'
I'd love using my mobile to capture musical ideas on the fly, or outdoor ambiences, but all attempts using the included recorder app are far from acceptable quality, no matter the file resolution or using inbuilt or remote mic...user ' grschinon' states in the thread /t5/Nseries-Devices-and-S60/5800-mic-or-line-level-input-for-recording-audio/m-p/479174 that an external mic can be plugged in it... could anybody please explain how?
i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.

I have been unable to get the mobile web feature working though. When I try to access the mobile web, it takes me to the page wanting me to pay 1.99 to verizon for one day's usage. View 1 Replies View RelatedFor reasons unknown, after shutting off my phone (I suppose it was a forced shutoff, since the webpage I was viewing had frozen), my Galaxy SII now refuses to go past the splash page/start-up screen, that says "SAMSUNG GALAXY SII". The text will display for about 5 seconds, then the screen will go black for about five seconds, then it will redisplay the text for five seconds, in a never-ending loop.
The phone will charge, and if I turn it off then plug it in I get the standard picture of a charging battery. If I plug the phone in my laptop, the laptop does not recognize that it is plugged in, though the phone does charge.
I've tried getting access to the recovery menu, but I can't seem to get to it - once I push the power button, it enters the splash page loop. The only thing that will end the loop is removing the battery.
I have no idea what I've done to force it into this loop, but it's extremely inconvenient.
When I try to connect to my favs through Opera mobile I just keep getting the Network Problem page coming up.Anything I can do to fix this please?

The page loads just fine (I'm actually quite impressed with the speed) but after I type my username and pass and click the "go" button it will load then bring me to the same page as if I never typed in my login info! After several years with Verizon we are really excited about starting new accounts with Page Plus. Can someone here help us set up these phones or at least point us in the right direction. We know next to nothing in this area. I am fairly good at building and servicing computers, but I have never done anything on a phone.
Here are some of my questions:
1. Can we get the GPS to work with Page plus on this Samsung Omnia I910? And if yes, how?

View 4 Replies View Relatedi've had my S2 for about a month now and have noticed over the last week , how slow it is to return to the home page. This is returning from anything whether that be from an application or messaging or just going into the settings. I've timed it today and it takes 7 seconds to return. It doesnt matter whether i use the home button or use the back button , it still takes ages. When moving between other screens, the phone is its normal fast speed its just when it returns back to the home page.
