Feb 29, 2012My Galaxy S ii sometimes goes on to flight mode automatically. this happens once in a while when i' m on a call only.

Samsung Galaxy S II :: Not Recognized Any Sim Always In Flight Mode?
Jan 23, 2012After 5 months cool job my phone 2.3.3 GT-I9100 SGS2 running India distribution unlocked. Not rooted start showing constantly an icon of a plain as it was in flight mode and if you go to settings it shows that the flight mode is off. Also it is not recognising any SIM. Currently I am in UK.

When I look at my options it displays "Flight Mode On" under the power button options. I turn this off but it still shows Flight Mode selected under my Network Settings?

The pictures in the posting all showed it unlocked, connected to Rogers etc and the phone is exactly as shown in the posting based on the nicks/marks on it. However, when I boot it up I am faced with a passcode. I've tried the standard 0000, 1234, 12345, 00000 etc but no luck. I've also messaged the seller but have not received a reply as yet.

Mar 12, 2012New to the forums and looking for some opinions regarding my SGS2. recently updated to the latest O2 firmware (2.3.5) and ever since my phone has been very unstable. It reboots at random (has done so at least twice today just sitting on my desk doing nothing!) and I also have issues when plugged in via usb (loses connection whilst copying music over, can't expand storage, etc). Just wondering if anybody else has had similar issues with O2 Firmware, or if that's just a coincidence and I actually have a faulty handset??

Xperia Z3 :: Phone Airplane Flight Mode
Dec 14, 2014I've had the phone for less than a month. Every time I turn my phone on the Airplane Mode ON is showing on the startup screen, but when I go into settings it is unticked, so meant to be off.
Also, I've noticed that the NFC has sometimes been automatically ticked in the settings when I turn it on.
I did a factory reset, but that never changed anything.
I then contacted Sony Support and took their advice to go into PC Companion and click Software Updates, then Repair, which it did, but it is still coming on in Airplane Mode, even when unticked in settings.
My mobile network has been disconnected because of it and is telling me I can't make calls until Flight Mode is switched off, even when I switch it off on the startup screen too.

I'm now in cyprus connected to a wireless connection from which I'm sending this yet when I try and send an iMessage from iMessage in flight mode to be sure 100% that I am not getting charged it fails. If I turn all network connections back ok etc it just sends as a text!! I tested it in the uk before I left and it worked but now nothing?

Jul 12, 2012I'm having problem with my Samsung Galaxy S II (GT- I9100). The increase volume button is not working properly. Furthermore, when open any random software i.e games, the volume/sound will be set maximum automatically and can't turn down even pressing the decrease volume button. Even if i set the volume to silent first before run a game, the volume will automatically set to maximum after i run the game. If i want to increase volume i had to increase it at setting menu. This also effect when i want to zoom in to take a pic.

Jul 6, 2012My iphone 4 16gb keeps on switching itself off, even with full battery charge. In oreder to switch it back on, I have to connect it to my laptop and hold home and power for 10 seconds, then press power. When it's connected to the laptop it will tend to stay swiched on.

Oct 24, 2010I have had a Vivaz mobile phone since April this year. Can some help me? Why does it keep freezing, can't receive or send text messages, keeps going into flight mode and saying insert SIM card and the only way too stop it is by removing the battery it happens at least once a day it is driving me mad. I have taken it back to my vodaphone and they have updated it all and it is still the same. On speaking to several other people with this phone they are having the same problem, People I have spoken too have actually had their mobile phone sent for repair and it still comes back the same.
