Nokia :: E72 - Loose Battery Cover
Mar 12, 2010I noticed today as I took off the back cover that the battery area is very loose and if I just turn it over, the battery would fall out. Anyone else have this problem?

The phone reports the error as "data transfer not possible" and pc-suite reports "refreshing of contacts failed". I really only need to download the contacts so I have a safe copy.

May 6, 2011Lately I've noticed that I've been missing a lot of calls and texts, which I finally realized was from the phone not producing sounds. The only way I can get the speaker to work is to either remove the battery cover, or to apply pressure to the bottom of the cover while it is on (or pressing on the speaker grille) so I'm assuming it's some sort of physical connection issue. I don't understand why it would work with the battery cover off though if that was the case, so would a new battery cover fix everything? Or am I stuck with a vibrate-only phone until my next upgrade?
