View 2 Replies View RelatedI just want to ask regarding issues on my Blackberry 9380's battery performance. Before I decided to buy this model, I considered the battery life because I would always be out most of the day , the reviews were great actually better than the reviews for my old 8520 but I was surprised to find out that my battery does not even last more than 12 hours. The battery would also be warm every once in a while.

The battery charge was ok for the first couple of cycle (every alternate day) and in the last 2 cycle the battery gets charged and drains within a few hours being in standby mode. I just got my Lumia 800 (yay!) but I think I may have messed things up already. When I inserted the sim card slot back into the phone the USB cover was already closed. Now the sim card slot is almost entirely inserted, except for the very end of it which is sticking out slightly (but not even enough to slide a fingernail under it). The USB cover won't open at all.

View 5 Replies View RelatedLately I've noticed that I've been missing a lot of calls and texts, which I finally realized was from the phone not producing sounds. The only way I can get the speaker to work is to either remove the battery cover, or to apply pressure to the bottom of the cover while it is on (or pressing on the speaker grille) so I'm assuming it's some sort of physical connection issue. I don't understand why it would work with the battery cover off though if that was the case, so would a new battery cover fix everything? Or am I stuck with a vibrate-only phone until my next upgrade?
