Nokia Online Services :: Can't Connect Phone Via Bluetooth

I can't connect my phone via Bluetooth I can connect it via USB so good but the option of Bluetooth disabled

I have a Nokia N8 but don;t have a data package with my provider.I want to connect to various Nokia services through Wifi, but the phone just keeps returning an error saying
"Mobile Data Off - No Connection"
Do I have to change something in settings so the phone connects through Wifi to Nokia Store etc?
try to connect nokia ovi stores using the store icon but it gives meerror massege saying "there was a problem opening this page.it could be a lost connection or a slow network.check your connectionor try again later". all my internet connection is ok. i have 3.5G connection.
My husbands Nokia 500 is refusing to connect to the Ovi store over wi-fi, when it will connect to everything else. It's always looking for mobile data and doesn't recognise the wi-fi connection. I didn't know how long this had been happening as he mostly uses his phone for calls and sms but I had upgraded the phone to Belle about 2 months ago....
So today, I re-installed the software on my Nokia C7 (because of a different problem) and now I can't connect to the store on wi-fi either!
after updating my n8 to symbian Anna i can no longer use Ovi store, maps, my email wont connect either and fm transmitter will not load at all. There may be other apps that no longer run. After all you've sold me this piece of rubbish and have now made it even worse.
I have just updated to Nokia Belle and I am having a few issues with Nokia Store (as are a number of other people by the looks of it).
Although I have correctly set up my access points (the update wiped them) and have selected my wifi as the access point with the highest priority, Nokia Store is refusing to connect via WLAN and is giving the warning "mobile data off - no connections made" (this is with mobile data turned off and Wifi on), clearly there is something that is preventing the app using this access point and is sticking to Mobile data only. I have re-installed the program to no avail.
I can still access Nokia Store via my O2 wap access point (priority 2) however as some of the apps I will need to reinstall are quite large I want to do this via Wifi.My browser works correctly through Wifi as does Ovi music. I have tried setting the browser to ask which access point I want to use, however to no avail.Out of interest the other programs that I have noticed do not work like Nokia Store (Mobile data turned off and Wifi turned on) are Shazaam and Weather. Not sure if there is a link.
Models having the problem: Nokia E71, E72 Basically, Ovi Store keeps on Loading for sometime then gives me an error of "Unable to connect to Server". This only happens whenever i choose a WLAN connection. However it works fine on packet data connection.I was able to resolve this on my E71 with a workaround, by editing the access point information, and changing the data carrier of my WLAN to Packet data so my phone sees my WLAN as a packet data connection. I tried doing the same on my E72, but it didnt allow me to change the data carrier field.This problem prevents me from enjoying Ovi Store, because Packet data connectivity is more expensive than WLAN here in Saudi Arabia.it seems that many are experiencing the same problem and Many are suggesting to reset and format the phone or re-installing ovi store, but I will not be doing trial and error on my phone which can result in losing valuable data.it seems that Nokia has not provided a cure for this, and I am seriously looking into leaving Nokia for good, till they come up with more reliable and creative phones and services.It seems that Competition has blinded nokia about Quality which me and many others are missing lately.
I have the latest (not beta) version of OVI Store on my C7 with Anna and although it was working fine after the update, I tried to connect today and the software confirms "Unable to connect to service".
I am unable to access Facebook/Twitter through Social application on my Nokia N8. I am getting an "Unable to connect to gateway. Please try again" error. I am using GPRS (not WiFi) and I am able to access internet through the browser, download apps from Ovi etc.. I tried changing the priorities in "destination" of the connection setting, tried all combination. Also, I am unable to update the Social application says "Network is not available. i had downloaded Kaspersky anti virus a year ago. I want to delete it but its not happening. It ask to disable encryption and privacy protection of phone. When i tried that it showed me that encryption of my phone is off. Please help me out on this.
Ever since I have upgraded my Nokia N8's firmware to the new Anna firmware, I have been unable to sync my phone's content using the "Ovi Sync" application. I'm always getting this message "Service activation failed. Try again later". Has anyone else been having this problem? Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
1) OVI STORE CAN'T OPEN - when i click on ovi store, it was ready to launch as it ask for connection (WLAN and Internet)..i have tried all connection but after i one of the connections, the 'LOADING' show up but very long time to wait and suddenly the "unable to connect to server" is show up..all my family's and friend's phone happen the same thing..2) CAN'T ACCESS OVI STORE ACCOUNT USING MY PHONE - after i text in my user name and password and click sign in using my phone, the page is like refresh or reload and i'm not signed in..i keep doing text in my user name and password and click sign in but the same thing happen..but when i sign in using my pc, all is ok and nothing is happen..tell me what should i do because it's make me can't enjoy the ovi store applications.

when I reformat my Nokia 5233 using code [*#7370#] my nokia apps pre-installed on my phone automatically sends registring message which is charged by some network providers. Is there any way to overcome this problem or removing my nokia apps from my phone.
It says service currently unavailable...it's been like this for over a day now. Is something wrong? However on my pc I can log in just fine...as that's how I'm here right now. But why not on my phone? I just got a N9 since last week. If I can't log in, I can't seem to access the GPS.

I can t download anything free from the store, only with a help from my notebook and the Nokia suite, so the Ovi doesn´t working on my phone.I can only buy things, but if I would like to download something free, there is the download button, but it is lighter and i can t press it!
I have to hard reset my Nokia N8 but now I can't install Ovi Store. I was told that Ovi Store was written in QT and by resetting, I removed the QT Runtime. How do I install these components again?
