My nokia N8(updated to Anna) does find the Bluetooth headset Nokia BH-105. The headset is working, I tested with an N95. Also the N8's Bluetooth is working, I can connect with other devices.

However, the phone connects to the wifi network, and Skype for instance always works via wifi, but normally, you cannot go to any webpage or use other programs needing the internet.Surprisingly,sometimes it does connect (10 % of attempts), while nothing was changed in the router or anything. It does happen with any wifi network.

F.i. if I need to open a contact from the call log or sms - I can't see a way to do that with Nokia OS. With UIQ3 this was very easy. In stead I will have to open the contact list and find the contact there. There are still some of us who use the device as a phone, and not an mp3-player or internet browser.

I had this issue several times. My battery shows that it's full for about 30% or something. Then I call and have a long conversation. And the phone just dies without any alarm at all. When I try to start it again it seems that battery is drained and I have to charge it to turn it on again.When the phone is in standby and battery is starting to running low, it beeps and shows a message. So I've set myself the task of finding out if this can be improved.Do I have to accept the artificial voice tags generated from the contact names? For example, my wife is "Looby Lou", the artificial voice is Stephen Hawking saying "Lobby Loo". So, I tried both "Looby Lou" and "Lobby Loo". I got one "No match found" and one "Ardalanish". When I connect to a wireless its says nothing and the icon shows that it is connected, but in Truth its connected to none. View 2 Replies View RelatedI often use wireless, but sometimes it has poor signal and is impossible to use so I also use simple mobile internet. Usually the phone using opera mini asks if you want to use mobile internet (not wireless) but now it almost never does, so I get the connection error message as there is no wireless, but I also cannot use my mobile internet. Just today it gave me problems because of that. So bassicly, I cannot use internet, unless I have good wireless signal. And I have mobile internet as priority number 1 in my settings. So is there something else to do? This problem is appearing and dissapearing. Thought could be from bad wireless, it kinda locks itself on it or something, but turning off the phone doesn't help.
